Truly an exceptional place. The second you walk in, you feel the friendly vibes aimed at patient care. I've got SI joint troubles, and no one has ever approached my problem as thoroughly as Ricardo. Also, massages from Matias are exceptional and give incredible results.

Costa spine is just brilliant. My husband suffered from a severe herniated disk which left him with chronic pain and bed bound. Every doctor said he had to be immediately operated. He went to see Riccardo, and managed to recover without a surgery. Also, everyone who I have seen on Riccardo's team is great. From the message therapist to the chiropractor, I've never has a bad experience and always come out feeling satisfied. I have even taken my children ! In short, we love Costa spine!

I have been attending CostaSpine for 6 weeks now and I can honestly say it’s the best chiropractic clinic I have come across, over my 30+ years of spinal issues. Lucas, my chiropractor at CostaSpine, has a lovely manner and approach and his knowledge and techniques at my first appointment impressed me so much that it gave me the confidence to attend on a regular basis. I have become so much more knowledgeable regarding my spinal injury and know what I need to do, to strengthen weak areas and stretch tense areas. I now feel in control of my condition. My son and girlfriend now attend and are equally impressed! Claudia at reception is so helpful and friendly ,always has time for a quick chat which is usually these days. Riccardo had been treating me for years. He is thorough and caring. Very knowledgeable and has helped me recover from injuries to my shoulders and serious lower back problems. I cannot recommend him and his team enough!

I have been having a sports massage with Kate now for a couple of months. She is great and has really helped with my recovery and is working with me with preventative measures to help in the long term . The whole Costa spine experience has been seem less. A very warm and friendly reception and ease of booking takes away any hassles . In my experience the treatment and Costa Spine experience is better than many I have used in the UK.

I have been receiving treatment at CostaSpine for several weeks. At my first visit, I was in severe pain in the area of my lower back and my right leg. I have been treated by several staff using various treatments, and the transformation has been incredible. I totally trust them all and I'm extremely grateful to them. Costa Spine has been my go-to place for chiropractor and massage over the past 5+ years, and I must say, the experience has always been exceptional. Ricardo, one of the chiropractor’s, has consistently provided top-notch care and helped alleviate my back issues. However, my recent visit introduced me to Mattais, one of the newer staff members, who delivered the best massage of my life. I arrived at the clinic in agony and unable to walk or perform my normal daily tasks. After being assessed by Ricardo I was able to begin my spinal decompression treatment immediately. What a relief, after 5 sessions I was able to walk a little more and begin my recovery. The treatment itself is very relaxing and pain free and now after 13 sessions I am almost pain free. Ricardo also demonstrated some core exercises for me to do at home to aid my recovery and sent me a link to download videos so that I can practice them confidently at home. All the staff are professional and very welcoming and I feel totally safe in their hands. I would highly recommend the clinic and the decompression sessions to anyone suffering from sciatica.
