Suprising find in the valley around Ronda, this little organic winery did fully deliver on a winery tour including wine tasting and delicious homemade food. Especially the meat and cheese platter was particularly tasty! Highly recommend the Moscat wine. We were lucky enough to spontaneously join the tour, but it’s worth checking availability first.

Had great stay at this place. We had package with accomodation, wine tasting, tapas and paella. Room: The room is big with nice beds and air conditioning. Hand soap, towels, water bottles, kettle with coffee/tea and shower gel available. No decent breakfast is served (maybe spanish way, but you may be disappointed if you are up for a decent, filling breakfast). A smaller pool available, which did not look super clean. Place: Super cozy place. The sorrounding nature is calm and sunsets are amazing. Service: Maybe not amazing in english, but good enough for communication. Very cute older couple running this place. Very friendly. Possible to buy their wine for affordable place at spot. Wine tasting: 4 kinds of wine. It is not really like traditional wine tasting. It is more like wine tour (where you get to see the production and vineyard) and then you get to try what they produce. Not much description of each wine. Food: Good tasting food that tastes homemade. A lot is served at once. For us, the food was served at 3pm. The tapas and the paella was served at same time, different from my expectation where I thought that the paella would be served as dinner. Make sure you bring some evening snack to this place as there are no places nearby to buy such thing. As response to this review, the owner mentioned that the food is served at contracted time. It was not fully clear at the booking that tapas and paella would be served same time. It was not mentioned either if it was possible to eat at other times than 3pm.

Fantastic experience. Isbella and Miguel run a family owned, authentic vineyard which showcases organic produce. They went out of their way to accommodate vegetarian requirements and the food was amazing - however the wine was even better. Highly recommended for anyone in the area.

What a wonderful experience at Bodega Garcia Hidalgo. Miguel and Isabelle were amazing hosts. It's a small winery, but we learned so much about their organic, all natural approach to wine making. Moscato was delicious, but I would recommend Zabel (blend of red wines). The food was homemade and fresh. We enjoyed 🥘 paella and plates of tapas. They were very accommodating about gluten free restriction. Get a reservation.

This beautiful little winery is managed by a super friendly Spanish couple who welcomed us with a big smile! We did a short, informative tour after which we had the opportunity to taste the wonderful wines and delicious food. We were with a group of eight and had a really good time, we can definitely recommend

La joya de Andalucía! Miguel and Maribel will treat you like family. We stayed for two nights and didn’t want to leave. The wine is fantastic, ecological, and delicious. Maribel’s food is delectable. The home and winery is equally comfortable and beautiful with a dream pool. If you don’t have the time for an overnight stay, definitely do the tasting, visit, and lunch - super worth it! We will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful afternoon at this winery. Isabella & Miguel were warm and gracious hosts. Wine pours were generous, as was the tapas servings and paella lunch. Well worth a visit!

Outstanding experience with this wonderful family at their home and winery. Super friendly people and opened their home to us for a really nice afternoon. The food, which is advertised at tapas, was plentiful and no need to eat lunch before you go because there's plenty to eat and it's all homemade in the kitchen at their house. Many thanks for a great experience.

We had an educational tour of the Vinyard the processing and storage in making wines. Great wines, tapas, and surroundings. Included fresh homemade bread. Everything was delicious. And great prices. Thank you, see you again next year.

This is a beautiful and quaint small winery run by a lovely couple. We emailed and got a reservation to get a short tour of their winery and hear some great information about how they do it. They spoke enough English to get great info on the tour and we had some of the best food that we had in Spain. We got fantastic and locally sourced tapas, paella, wine, and ice cream. Such a beautiful time. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing experience!! This is a family owned and operated organic winery which should not be missed. We enjoyed the lovely tour from Miguel, the wine tasting and the delicious tapas homemade by his wife Isabel. It was an experience I will never forget - be sure to try Isabel’s amazing red pepper jam with the local cheeses!

What a wonderful wine tasting experience. A little out of the way but worth it. We tried 1 white, 1 rose and 2 reds pared with way too much food. The wine makers wife made us a feast as part of our wine tasting. It’s a little winery, organic and great reds. You do need a reservation.

Excellent place - especially the lunch! Small organic winery, vey nice owners with a personalized tour (in English - make a reservation). Stay for the lunch and tasting after the tour, which is well worth the price. We had a great afternoon!!! Highly recommend.

Really worth visiting this beautiful Bodega and I really recommend pre booking the full lunch package to go with your wine tour and tasting. We had so much delicious local homemade food! The meats, cheeses, tortilla and Paella were amazing alongside their delicious wine selections.

Delicious freshly homemade Spanish lunch including paella, tortilla and pate. This was paired with 4 really tasty wines, 1 white, 1 rose and 2 red from the local vineyard which is all farmed organically. We also did the tour which was done in English and Spanish. Really lovely couple who run the farm, do all the cooking and do the tours. Definately recommend!

A small vinery with great hosts taking care of you. We stayed overnight and enjoyed the small "tour" and the excellent dinner including tasting afterwards. Recommended. Thanks Miguel and Isabel for taking care of us.
