As a student participating in the Erasmus program in Barcelona, I cannot recommend Erasmus Barcelona by Shaz enough! The program has been an invaluable resource for me during my time abroad, providing me with helpful tips and insider knowledge that has greatly enhanced my experience. What I loved the most were these one day trips to Valencia Las Fallas festival, Girona, Taragona and many more, where I could meet people that I can call my friends now! And their prices are very affordable for students which is amazing. Thank you, Erasmus Barcelona, for making my time here unforgettable!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, STEER CLEAR DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I booked the canyon trip for my firends and I for 35 euro each (overpriced for just a return bus). The day started out fine and after 4 hours we arrived at the canyon. Unfortunately, the canyon park was closed due to there being the possibility of a forest fire. Not the organisers fault, right? Turns out the governemnt announced 2 days prior that the park would be closed on their social media and various news sites. Erasmus Barcelona, didn't even bother to check before they drove us that far. They gave us the option to go to a lake and get a 10 euro refund. Totally unacceptable, the company was to provide a service and through their incompetence, we were in this position. All 50 people on the bus were very upset as you can imagine. We asked to be brought to the lake and receive the refund since it was a lack of organisation by the company that resulted in this error. After many complaints in the groupchat, the boss "Shaz" proceeded to be extremely rude. They even blocked us from messaging any further. After 8 hours in a bus we returned to Barcelona, having done nothing all day. This company is disorganised, incompetent and the owner was rude. I can imagine I will now have to fight them for a full reufnd, based on the way they have treated us. I would recommend everyone to go somewhere else. I've lived in Barcelona for 6 months and this was definitely my worst experience so far.

I have been on a handful of trips with Erasmus Barcelona since January 2022 and I have throughly enjoyed every single one. The team at Erasmus Barcelona is very professional and organized and the trips are always very memorable and affordable. A great way to make new friends and explore different cities! Would highly recommend!

These guys are super unprofessional with their working and event organizing. Busses usually leaves so late, even tho it is emphasized that if you are not on time you will be left out of the bus. Also sometimes some events are just cancelled without notice or the notice getting send a bit too late. Most of the time it seems like nobody knows what's going on during the trips anyways. Finally stopped going to this organisations events after few bad experiences and chose the rivals instead. There's plenty to choose from and their trips are much better honestly. The guy managing the whole organization is super rude to his clients whenever he is around. Also the company should probably enter the 21st century with their email list postings, since it is clearly stated in the emails that for example: "Free seated dinner invitations at Shoko for groups of Girls 💃 Only 25 invitations!" or "Free bottles of vodka ... to groups of well-dressed girls", which is purely just gross and shady.

Erasmus Barcelona by Shaz also organizes Erasmus meetings and parties, which have been an excellent opportunity to meet other students from all over the world. The trips were the best part, they made it possible to participate in many local events for example Las Fallas in Valencia! Also, the guides were friendly and helpful, they gave good tips on events and the best parties! And I got a lot of good ideas and tips on their Instagram page for things to do in Barcelona 👍🏼

Shaz and his colleagues always try to make our semester abroad something special by offering various trips and parties. Everyone will find something to do like hiking, sightseeing or just partying. There are a lot of activities to do during the semester. It’s also possible to go with Shaz to other countries like Marocco or France. My favorite trips so far have been Ibiza and Valencia. It’s definitely the best Erasmus organization here in Barcelona.

Simply the best Erasmus organisation in Barcelona!! I went to several Erasmus meetings, bar events and trips with them and met all my friends there. They offer awesome trips from hiking in the nature, beach hopping at the Costa Brava till city trips to Valencia and Zaragoza. Unfortunately I missed the parties due to Covid, but I will definately come back and join them then as well! 😄
