My wife and I came here for a massage. Although the place is no frills, (don't expect ambience and relaxing music), the massage by Antonio was superb. Lovely guy too.

Very friendly gym, Antonio and Carmen always ready to help in any situation.well equipped for all workouts and also many classes are held there. If it's a massage you need Antonio is a qualified and good masseur.

The gym has a great atmosphere and is fitted out with high quality equipment. Antonio is highly professional, has a wealth of knowledge around training and nutrition and is always available to give advice.

Great place. My brother and I frequently come to Ronda for holidays and it's a great gym if you need flexible plans. The owner Antonio is always very helpful and takes great care of his customer explaining exercises and constantly giving tips to improve your training! Gotta say we learn a lot every time we go there.

I recently visited Ronda on a holiday to Malaga and found this amazing place. The whole gym was kitted out with really high quality machines and I felt like the gym had a real classy vibe to it. The staff were also really friendly and spoke english perfectly so I had no problems communicating. Anyone visiting Ronda that fancies a good workout should 100% visit this gym.
