    Poor service and unprofessional! Yesterday i needed an injection as part of my therapia and since my husband was not able to make it i went to the medical center being an european citizen. But no, an unprofessional nurse blonde, medium length, with glasses said that I couldn't have any service with no "cita" appointment...what????? She continued saying that I didn't even have a doctor there...I tried to explain that was my private therapy and I only needed a nurse who was able to read my medical paper which explain the injection, and I also that I am an European citizen with a sanitary European card..but she kept saying that was not possible without a doctor and an appointment without even mention the " Urgencias". Shame of you! I then ended up at Cenyt and all was fine! Ridiculous center!

No me han recetado nada, y tengo síntomas graves que no voy a dejar escritos en un review. Pero nadie del sistema de salud me ayuda. Y Salud Responde es un Peón en la jerarquía sanitaria que tenemos. Es un call centre! No sirve para nada! Soy Española, pago impuestos, y tengo seguro privado. No se si me conviene pagar tanto de seguridad social para que traten así al ciudadano cuando somos nosotros quienes los mantienen en pie. Los gobernantes tienen que saber manejar el sistema de salud para que no se colapse y la sanidad sea capaz de llegar a todos los ciudadanos.     Worst experience, very unprofessional and unpolite , I came to get a COVID certificate of recovery and the woman didn't know what I was talking about . I asked her to ask a colleague because obviously she could t help me and I made the effort to speak in Spanish and be very clear about my request, giving all the documents necessary as it is said on the website of the government and she got angry as I insisted . I kept very calm and she called the security because I didn't want to leave without my document . Unreal. The security man helped me out to get my certificate with another staff. Outrageous

    Went Wednesday to urgencias. Treated really quickly, within an hour triaged, X-ray and treated as best to their ability. Doctor really lovely and sympathetic. The downside was I was referred to the Costa del Sol urgencias to finalise treatment and waited 6 hours.

    A las 2:50 del lunes de septiembre acudimos por una urgencia, con una persona a la cual se le a partido un diente y esta muy mareada y en un estado muy malo, y la persona de recepción de enfermos, un hombre, a sido muy borde y maleducado, negando poder acompañar al enfermo que estaba en un estado de shock con mareos, de forma muy maleducada, me ha indicado que espere fuera, y estando vacio la sala de urgencias nos ha hecho esperar unos 15 minutos, lamentable, asi va la sanidad, unos medicos y enfermeros con 0 empatía, solo le deseo a ese recepcionista/enfermero, que cuando el necesite cuidados o atención medica le traten mejor, porque es lamentable su forma de atender a los enfermos y familiares.... LAMENTABLE...
