Summary: great view over Andorra, €5 to stand on a ledge, dusty steep path to access. Details: 🅿️ Lots of parking for free further down the road with a 2-3 minute walk to the tourist centre at the top. Nowhere to park in the shade but beautiful views. 🎟️ You can buy tickets right next to the platform and it’s a requirement that you pay €5 per person to stand on the platform. There’s no way to skirt past this! However… ⚠️ There is a free viewpoint just to the left of the platform through a small hilly walk through some trees which lets you see out of a different direction. To enjoy this view, you do not need to be charged money! The walk down to the platform is very dusty and can be slippy due to moving gravel- be sure to wear trainers or sandals with good grip. 👩‍👩‍👦‍👦 This is a bustling tourist hotspot so it’s very busy with dogs, large families, tour groups and people of different abilities walking to the view. 🍹 There is a bar at this lookout, with tables to sit outside or inside after buying a drink to cool off. The glass bottles of coke are €3, ice creams €2.50, so not ridiculously priced. They didn’t let us walk away with glass bottles, you must decant into plastic cups to take away. 🚻 There are many well maintained, clean and free toilets within the tourist centre fully stocked with toilet roll when we went!

I was here for a night and a day but it was a beautiful setting with the town situated on both sides of this steep ravine. It is a nice city to explore and perfect for finding some memorable photos. There are plenty of shops and restaurants if you are looking beyond the photo opportunities.

We took the steps down from Monumento a San Juan Bosco. Nice hike down and back up giving really good view of the bridge. Did it with two boys 14 and 9 and it was very much manageable. Also on the way down met various visitors of all ages covering full spectrum of the age. The view was breathtaking and it was very quite allowing you to just admire and absorb the view and sound of nature. It was away from all the crowd of the group tours.

A good viewpoint for Ronda, best accessed from the town via car or by foot (if you don't mind the walk). You can drive down from the highway, but it isn't the best of roads

Probably one of the best views of Ronda's bridge, if not the best. It's a bit of a walk down then up, but way worth it. Be careful as part of the path is not yet done up so in terms of health and safety, got to be careful and watch your steps. Some railings would be welcomed!

Ronda is a town in the Spanish province of Málaga. It is located about 105 west of the city of Málaga 🇪🇸 Its romantic atmosphere attracts visitors from all over the world, who daily enjoy this picturesque town and its famous Puente Nuevo. 🌎 Travel The World 🌎

DON'T GO BY CAR. I tried to go with a car using google map navigation and it was terrible experience. Not Google fault but those who draw roads in map. Road was about 1,8 - 2 m wide, with lots of holes, with 40/60% slopes and some parts with gravel and mud!!!! Luckily no car was driving in our direction. WE WERE NOT ONLY ONE WHO MADE MISTAKE. If you decide to go by car go from El Pilar at least your suffer will be short. VIEW IS EXCELLENT. Worth efforts. Better walk down the hill.

Worth to walk there, remember bring the water and wear the hiking boots or walkable shoes if you want to climb high. Here can see the sunset, for August 1 hours before sunset to walk there.

A little treacherous to get down here (walking or driving) but we followed these directions and drove down and you are rewarded with a stunning view of the Puente Nueva bridge. Amazing! This is the view we were looking for. Dusty parking area and paths to walk up and down, though we didn’t! This was a 15 minute drive outside of town. We had a rental car.

If you can, go visit Ronda. What a beautiful place with a rich history. This lookout point is a nice spot to take a scenic photo for your collection. After that go up the hill and enjoy Ronda!

Perfect location to get good pics of the bridge. There is a narrow road that leads all the way to a decent size lot where you can park and walk up to the numerous lookouts. Most people were parking near town and walking an extra mile or two without actually needing to. The walk is surprisingly steep, though not very far, but I would still recommend decent tennis shoes for the trip. Going up in flip-flops or any kind of dress shoe will be a bad time

Guides will walk along the top but best views and photos are only possible by a steep descent into the ravine. Getting back up was difficult for a man my age.it wont be crowded. Not many will go for it

Tolles Fotomotiv.

What a magic view of the little town of Ronda. You can walk down or take the car to the moulins parking area. The road from the top is super easy even if narrow, from the other side a little more complicated through the middle of small farms and houses.

First of all, if you want to view the bridge and the gorge, don't waste time (and money 2.50 per person and they don't take cash) going into the town centre. Imagine trying to appreciate a bridge while standing over it? I don't think so. There is a tricky path (a really winding pebble trek that requires careful driving (10 min) or walking 30-40min) at the back of the town centre that takes you to this parking space (10-15 cars max). From the car park there is a narrow steep path a further 30 min climb up to a view point that gives you the best view.

The drive there was a bit sketchy, on a narrow rural unpaved road for ~2km. But once we got there, it was all worth it. There are actually 2 entrances to the bottom viewpoint, 1 being somewhat paved but the other is just unpaved.

Haben schöne 2 Std Wanderung am Fuße der Felswand von Ronda gemacht. Vormittags fast allein, kaum andere Wanderer sehr idyllisch

Kleiner Ort jedoch viele Besucher. Parkmöglichkeiten günstiger mit 5 Minuten Wegzeit. Dann siehst Du auch etwas mehr. Halte Ausschau. Neben der Hauptwege gibt es wunderbare preiswerte Montadittos (kleine gefüllte runde Toasts) Vorort.

Stunning view. Absolutely worth it to make the walk down. Now they are doing construction on the upper view point meaning you have to go far down.

Amazing view of the Ronda new bridge, be prepared for the narrow road and meeting other cars heading in the opposite direction. Well worth the view though

Amazing different view of the bridge, the view from the town doesn’t give you this amazing perspective

Incredible view of the bridge at Ronda our tour guide drove us down to this lookout and we were able to snap some pictures. If you don’t have the luxury of having a ride, there’s a trail that can take you down. The hike back up isn’t fun though!

Breathtaking views, you can see the old town’s bridge and walls. The town was incredible, all people that we met were very polite and everyone was talking about the local mayor who apparently has done a great job.

Great place, easy to go by car, after it you need to climb for 5-10 minutes. But the view is fantastic with wild poppies around

Ronda is a jaw dropping off the beaten path village in the Andalusia region of Southern Spain that will have you captivated at every turn. It is rich in history, culture and charm. The views are beyond breathtaking. A must stop when visiting the White towns of Southern Spain.

Well worth the trip up from Marbella. The mountain roads are well maintained and wide enough to accommodate two lanes of cars. The speed limit is adequate and you can get to the city in about one hour. We enjoyed the beauty of the bride and surround area by leaving our car at the centra garage and walking.

The old town is beautiful and peaceful (you can just walk 50 metres away to a small street and avoid the tourist crowds). The stone bridge Puente Nuevo spanning the gorge is magnificent. We were so lucky to see a beautiful and colourful sunset and took some amazing photos. There is a path from the old town and you can walk down to few view points along the path which is newly renovated and it takes about 20-30 minutes down.

Well worth the scenic drive just to see this amazing view its beautiful. Good shops located locally. It took me 2hours to drive from seville. Difficult to park but I managed at a local car park.

Good view. The road to it is quite narrow but it is cobbled/tarmac and has plenty of passing places. There is a little area for parking at the view point.

A good place to take nice pictures of the bridge. It is possible to get here by car, but it is a narrow road.
