I've purchased few items from Media Markt. When I was buying my very expensive Samsung phone I was told by the seller that if I buy additional insurance I will be given replacement. Anyway, my phone broke but it was battery and software issue. Took it back, was told that its need to be sent to Samsung service. Come back home, called Guarantia Plus and a woman told me, to drive and take my phone back from store as she will replace for me. Drive again to almeria (100 km one way) and was told that I will have to pay €140 euro. Decide to leave it with service as is on the guarantee. Last Saturday I did collect my phone, only to find out at home that the service took out my screen protector to repair, but didn't fit it back. So I need to drive again 200 km for that protector.And without my screen protector if anything happen i would be responsible!!!!That's a joke shop. I will never buy again, do not get failed that the guarantee you pay extra will cover anything. Its a scam. Just bought new house and need all new and equipment, but definitely not from Media Martkt. Soo disappointed with a such a worldwide retailer!!!!!!!

Very big store but no decent stereo system to try and listen to,thay only sell Denon on line , when buying a stereo system most people want to hear what thay sound like , needs a stereo section ,

I appreciate that this is a new store and I an English so language is difficult but over an hour of waiting for the staff to serve us or find the items we want is a joke. Lots of staff but no organisation. The line "that's not my area" got very thin and waiting for a coworker to take over that often didn't was frustrating.

It's neither cheap nor cheerful, not too well stocked outside the most popular items with almost no information on products, but it's just about the only option and they know it

This is a very large electrical store, in a retail park on the outskirts of Almeria. They supply home appliances, cameras and computers, plus accessories. If you need anything electrical, they probably have it. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient and some speak English. Recommended.

First visit to one. A bit overwhelmed but a friendly member of staff appeared from nowhere. Lucky for me spoke some English. She took me to some other ladies in the phone department who then found for me what I wanted a new phone charger. Unfortunately when I got home early it was the wrong one. As I live a hour and half away was in a panic about bringing it back for an exchange. But should be able to get back by the 30th April. Will do an update after exchange visit. Fingers crossed. EDIT went back again greeted with friendly staff. Managed to replace phone charger no problems (and cheaper result)a very happy shopper. Will visit again so much in the shop to look at.

MediaMark Torrecàrdenas Almería has everything electronic & appliances but busy & poor customer service, no competition near by for what they stand for. I mean yes there’s another name brand big store but no comparison with what MediaMart has to offer including electronics. Forget customer service, they spent so much time with one customer including big personal conversations ignoring the many customers waiting in line. Since they are the only game in that area, they don’t have to worry about losing customers! It might be best to go during the hrs between 2 PM to 5 pm but even so good luck! Prices are reasonable with many sales. Brand names appliances and electronics. There’s a fee for transport & another fee for set up.

They need to hire more staff, but the ones that are there are very helpful

Bought a fridge freezer and it was delivered very late in the day. Although the drivers took away the packaging they dumped it near the recycling bins and not in them. To make it worse it had my name and address on it.

Waited for 45 mins for a member of staff to help despite asking a few times, in the end we went to spend our money somewhere else. So unless you have the time to be ignored don't bother
