What a magical place! The gorgeous golden evening light at the wedding of W with E turned an already very personal bilingual ceremony into moments that will be for ever imprinted onto the memories of all who attended. The beautiful floral boho wedding bower made the altar space in the wild field to the side of La Cazalla absolutely perfect - totally in tune with nature and the stunning surroundings. Needless to say, it was an incredible privilege to officiate this very special wedding ceremony at this hidden paradise. Debbie @celebrantspain

We spent an absolutely stunning week at La Cazalla with friends in end-Sept. Everything was handled superbly by our hosts, Lisa and Mark - from how flexible they were with rebooking due to Covid, to communications and planning prior to the trip, to recommendations and assistance during the trip. They live next door so were always on hand to help with anything (although not at all intrusive), and they were so warm and welcoming. The villa itself far exceeded our expectations - the photos, while spectacular, do not do it justice. Our guests were truly wowed - and we found ourselves spending much more time in the villa than we had originally anticipated given how much we loved it there. The beauty of the surrounding cliffs is breathtaking. The villa is perfect for large groups and all the bedrooms are specced out to the same high standards. The kitchen is very well stocked - in the end, we chose to go out or have our meals brought to us so we didn't use it much, but being someone who normally cooks a lot on holidays, I was impressed by how well equipped it was for entertaining. We booked the simple dining option one night (delicious paella made by Mark) and we booked the casual dining option two nights (the meals prepared by Deborah were delicious and very good value for money). We especially loved eating outside every night - the terrace is so beautiful. We would certainly love to come back to La Cazalla for another special occasion and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking to have a very special holiday in Andalusia.

Lovely characterful villa set in large grounds, in a peaceful valley just outside Ronda. Very friendly and helpful hosts Mark and Lisa. Great for a country holiday but close enough to town for easy visits.

This place is a wonderful oasis in the centre of Andalusia. You can reach Jerez, Cadiz, Seville, Granada, Malaga, and Antequera, Cordoba and especially Ronda which has the most magnificent Bullring and history around it. You donโ€™t need to see a bullfight to experience and start to understand the history of the earlier society. La cazalla is close to everything but you will find yourself wanting to just experience the quiet beauty of a farm in a valley of tranquility.

An absolute gem hidden in the valleys of Ronda. The villa is beautiful, the gardens and surroundings are epic, starting with the smell of lavender as you drive down to the incredible views of the valley and sounds of birds. Every little detail is thought of and made stunning from outside to inside and Lisa and Mark are absolute legends who we love to bits

We held our wedding at La Cazalla and we cant quite put into words it how perfect it was - from the location to lovely Mark and Lisa who own the beautiful house. They were so accommodating to us from the beginning of the planning to the day itself we feel incredibly grateful to everything they did for us, really the best hosts and the friendliest house keeper Christina and gardener Manolo. The house itself its big and spacious yet really cosy and comfortable, we all really loved the cave showers! The grounds are just incredible with the meadow grass in summer was our dream come true. There is a really special and incredible energy there, we stayed for a week with our friends and family and loved every second, its the perfect place for a group getaway - to cook delicious food and eat on the terrace under the stars surrounded by incredible nature and feel completely secluded yet its only a short drive in to Ronda. The gorge path just outside of the gates is also a beautiful sunset walk. The day after our wedding Lisa and Mark made us a feast of paella and fresh salads alongside their home pressed olive oil and fig chutney - some of the best food we have eaten in Spain! There is so much more I could write but to experience it yourselves is truly the only way. We cant wait to visit again. Thank you again for our wonderful time at La Cazalla.

Truly one of the most amazing places I have ever stayed! The presmsis and the surrounding area is truly breathtaking. The Villa itself is incredibly spacious, comfortable and stylish and caters to everything you could need for a relaxing holiday! The owners were incredibly accommodating to our party, very helpful and approachable and always trying their very hardest to make our experience as memorable as possible. This is without a doubt one of the most beautiful locations I have ever seen and a little piece paradise on earth! I will be going back as soon as I can!

Terrific large villa (very well appointed) in its own valley a short drive away from Ronda. The owners Mark and Lisa could not have been more helpful during our stay. Everything worked. Lovely pool set away from the house with great sun loungers. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay (family of five) and will surely return.

Such a beautiful venue, gorgeous scenery, amazing wildlife, jasmine and lavender growing throughout the grounds, and fresh fruit and veg that you can pick straight from the trees. Mark and Lisa are the perfect hosts and will go out of their way to make sure your experience there is top notch including making you the most incredible food (honestly their paella is to die for). All of the ingredients are either straight from the property grounds themselves or from the local area - the homemade fig and chilli chutney was my all time fave! Idyllic setting, lovely and peaceful but a short drive into Ronda if you want to go site seeing (Mark and Lisa will be happy to provide some recommendations of things to see). There are some amazing hikes around the property and the surrounding area provides some absolutely stunning day trips. Was there for 5 days with 12 friends and will definitely be back. Couldnโ€™t recommend it enough!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at La Cazalla. We could not have asked for more. The house was lovely and very comfortable. We loved the pool area it was great for a refreshing dip in the incredibly hot spanish July. The owners were so welcoming and cooked a delicious paella on our first night which really helped us get in the holiday mood. Its a great location, feels like the middle of nowhere but only 10 minutes from the centre of Ronda. We would definitely recommend!
