Awesome view on a historical tower. Be prepared to climb very steep. My opinion: not suitable for kids under 4 years due to healthy fitness. No way for wheelchairs or baby buggies. No beer tap on to, that's why only four stars.

Great 360 view with great experience of ancient times. Not many tourist are around. However, it’s not easy to get up there as you would have to hike for 15 minutes on steep hills.

(Translated by Google) Surprisingly nice white village and castle with tower. Path to the tower has beautiful viewpoints and plenty of flowers (spring). A boring museum (all in Spanish) has been created on the ruins of the castle. You can also enter the beautifully renovated tower. History comes to life in a fun way. And the view over the lake is beautiful. You can reach the tower from the West or East side. The signage is not optimal. The wide path after the toilet buildings comes to a dead end. To visit the castle and tower you have to buy a ticket at the ticket office or at the vending machine on the wall (2022: 2.50 euros per person). Take a good look at the opening hours of the tower. We were allowed to stay quietly in the park, but the tower and museum closed at 1.45 pm the rest of the day. If you are lucky you can park your car near the entrance. Free parking is also possible at the bottom of the village (firm, but not unpleasant, walk through the white village with quite a lot of catering).

Short walk from the village to the observation tower with a beautiful all-round view, but which only offers large open window niches for the view

The view from the top is superb, and the tower is in good condition. Well worth the €3.50. And the white village of Zahara is very pretty.

It is what remains of the castle, and quite well, we can access the top and see the landscape. On the "mezzanine" there are a couple of rooms with a video projection where it tells the story of how the Christians took it and another room decorated as it would have been in ancient times.

The tower is very, very well preserved and the entire area is easily accessible. Steps, steps, 😂😂
