Very bad attitute of the team working at the reception desk. We came with someone who needed a medical service. A set of necessary documents was presented, which however was not properlly viewed and rejected immediatelly, even all, or most of the documents was in complete as requaried. . The patient (from Nordic coutry) was not welcomed by the staff , simply because she was not wearing a mask (event she explained why, in a polite manner ). One of the ladies from the reception staff clearly said that she refuses to attend that person, because she did not wear a mask on her face. We tried to speak to some others from the reception, but the staff was giving none, or was giving contradictory information - we could notice that the staff just did not cared at all. There was no intention to help. How can people like that work in place where others need help.

The receptionist could not have tried harder to assist me in my request. They might be short staffed, but my god, this lady went the full mile. I understand that social services are funded by the state, and most comments are negative about the staff, however this center, it's always busy, and I've never ever had reason to complain, they do their best under phenomenal pressure, patent care takes time, we as users of the system should have patience, if you go to eat out you respect the waiter has other customers, give a thought for the receptionist at your health center, they too are workers that deserve our patience and respect. I don't know your name, but you are a diamond in an overworked system. 100%

The whole experience from start to finish was diabolical! The signage is poor and if you don't know what the procedure is you'll be lost. To even speak to reception you must take a ticket. After waiting I asked (in Spanish) if they spoke english..the answer.. No! Ok I understand I am in Spain and I don't expect them to be fluent but every person including the doctor just said No!! I had my EHIC card and driver's licence but was told I cannot see anyone without my passport. Eventually, a man on reception (who I had heard speak English) said I must come back and bring my passport the following day. I said that I needed to see someone today and eventually they agreed handed me a paper with number 3 on it and was waved away, no explanation or direction. Managed to work out that it was clinic 3. I have a recurring problem so I know what it is and what I need to treat it. I started to explain but the Doctor just talked over me and told me to go pee pee and gave me a pot. He then managed in English to say give to nurse. We spent 10 minutes trying to find the nurse who confirmed I have an infection( the only word she spoke). She kept pointing to the papers I was given and asking me something. I have no idea what. She then just said...Doctor! The doctor called me in again after a while. I tried to explain that I had already taken antibiotics for 1 week and was no better. I showed him the name of the one I usually get in uk. He just threw the paper back at me wrote a prescription for a general antibiotic which I'm pretty sure won't work. He has no idea of my medical history or whether they might interact. There are other things too lengthy to go into but suffice to say they clearly have no interest in treating anyone who is not Spanish .Imagine if they did that in UK where we bend over backwards to oblige our foreign visitors?!For some reason some of the words I have typed seem to get changed..eg. I wrote that HE (the doc) threw the paper at me bit it says I threw the paper?????

Absolutely dreadful experience. This clinic needs a total staff overhaul, management's total lack of presents. If I run my business like they run this clinic I will be on the streets. The worse thing is that we pay their salaries with our taxes. Shame on them.

This is my health centre for my GP. I have always found them to be extremely helpful as my Spanish is limited. I get good attention and even when I stumble with the language they smile and have lots of patience . I can discuss my treatment with my GP on a friendly basis or make a suggestion, which is a near miracle, as most dr feel threatened if one questions. It is a great service by the team.

If you staffed this place with monkeys you would get better customer service.

The 2 stars are for a couple of good nurses. There is no continuity when needing treatment daily. You almost see a different nurse daily. One says yes you need a doctor and another one will grunt at you . Shocking!

Some drs run late some run on time. Just depends on patients needs. So please be calm and respectful. Most people complain if the clinics run late. It's a good general practitioners. With a nurse clinic for blood tests. Etc.

Got treated in professional way. Even despite I am not local, and I don't speak Spanish, the staff was polite helpful and did extra to try talk in English even when it is above their responsibility. Thank you

My symptoms in Spanish, my medication, my ID my EHIC card and my Medical Insurance details were presented to the receptionist, who shouted in Spanish at me for a full minute in front of 7 or 8 people. She really highlighted the extent of her rudeness to everyone in the area. I may not be Spanish but I expect to be respected as a fellow human being with a least a small element of politeness especially by an employee whose role at this Medical Centre is to meet and greet. A very helpful Spanish girl who heard this rang her doctor and made an appointment for me at a wonderful Medical Centre in Calahonda.

Excellent medical staff. One very rude receptionist who delights in reducing elderly patients to tears. She shouldn’t be in the job

The people there are very helpful. Building is nice and clean. Yes, service is slow but hey, that’s bureaucracy for you.

Excellent attention when I attended this morning. Forms filled out efficiently by the receptionist and saw a doctor within 15 mins. Very impressed compared to our NHS. Thank you
