We
stayed
in
a
'Room
with
terrace
and
view'.
The
supplied
photography
is
artful
-
the
balcony
does
not
really
hang
over
the
cliff
edge
but
over
the
hotel
grounds
below.
Still
a
great
view,
mind.
Room
itself
strangely
resembled
a
luxury
overnight
ferry
cabin.
No
ensuite
as
such
but
instead
a
shower
cubicle
in
one
corner,
a
toilet
cubicle
in
the
other
and
a
sink
in
the
room
itself.
Be
aware.
Bar
and
waiting
staff
absolutely
delightful.
Friendly,
professional,
full
of
enthusiasm.
Restaurant
food
was
very
good.
Great
wines
at
the
bar
and
not
overpriced.
Spa
small
but
good.
Be
aware
only
one
sauna
(no
steam
room)
and
you
have
to
book
and
pay
8
EUR
for
an
hour's
use.
However,
partner
and
I
both
also
booked
massages
at
considerable
expense
and
this
was
a
joke.
55
minutes
of
being
rubbed
in
a
circular
motion
by
a
stranger's
oily
hands.
No
attempt
to
locate
or
tackle
knots,
despite
both
of
our
repeated
requrests
during
the
uncomfortable
session.
I
suspect
the
company
which
the
spa
treatments
are
outsourced
to
ran
out
of
legimitimate
masseuses
and
roped
in
a
couple
of
random
individuals
without
any
training
or
clue
as
to
what
they
were
doing.
They
shortchanged
us
on
the
time
we
paid
for
too,
although
this
was
hardly
a
problem,
considering.
We
complained
to
both
the
spa
manager
and
the
front
desk
regarding
the
massage
and
I
think
we
were
given
a
20%
discount
on
it
but
the
final
bill
was
confusingly
structured
so
I'm
honestly
not
sure.
We
really
should
have
had
the
cost
struck
from
the
bill
altogether
and
been
offered
something
for
the
uncomfortable
waisted
hour.
The
front
desk's
response
that
the
service
was
outsourced
to
another
company
so
there
was
nothing
they
could
do
was
an
insult
to
our
intelligence.
I
don't
mean
to
give
the
impression
that
our
experience
at
the
hotel
was
a
bad
one.
Just
not
quite
what
we
hoped
for
or
would
expect.
