A serious upcoming place with a direct view to Nairobi National Park.

I Visited for lunch with my wife...We arrived and decided to sit at the garden seats....they were dusty so we called a waiter to dust them......the waiter left and kept us standing there for a whole 30 minutes without a care in the world.....The owner has done a good job on the premise but his employees are letting him down...they simply don't care....PATHETIC SERVICE AND DONT CARE ATTITUDE..I don't recommend anyone to visit this place they don't care about their customers...We had to drive off and went to Masai lodge resort where we were treated like Kings and Queens....SUCH A SHAME...

Amazing place that I would highly recommend 👌 Great ambience and views by the poolside . Nyama choma was delicious and well done . Rooms are so spacious and clean!

Was at this lovely property on 8th of November. The best Nyama platter. We ordered for a platter of 2 but we were able to eat 3 people. The infinity pool is amazing. Talk of attentive waiters. Will come back with my children.

The location and food was nice. But unfortunately the restaurant staff destroyed our entire day's experience. First our order for drinks was forgotten, we couldn't get our server. More than 30mins later he showed up. Second, we wanted to watch football, there was a match in the evening, and the seats available were already full, and the Barman and a couple of waiters refused us to pull chairs just to watch, just one of them agreed and sorted us out. Third, we later requested for music change and we could see how the Barman had so much attitude from the way he was talking and expressing himself , and he ended up switching it off completely. And we just ended up leaving, yet we wanted to spend more time. Fourth, Nobody asked us if we want refills. We sat for about an hour with empty bottles and no energy to order due to poor service through the day.The waiters were either standing/sitting watching football or nowhere to be seen. Nobody even checked if we had paid our bill while leaving. Fifth, when we were leaving, we had been told to park in the next compound when we arrived, that gate was closed, we had to struggle to open for ourselves and let ourselves out. 11PM AT NIGHT NEXT TO THE PARK! You have a good place going, but unfortunatley your staff will misrepresent your business.

It was a cold evening and we weren't provided for jikos or anything to provide warmth to us. The services were slow!! Suggestion :kindly advance the cubicles to be warmer, with TVs and WiFi. Other than that, the food was tasty. Thank you.

You will get a good view of the Nairobi National park. A nice place to relax and have fun, though their swimming pool is shallow you'll still enjoy it. Nyama choma is top notch.

Very nice place. Ideal for family weekend out. It's quiet as you can have a meeting while you enjoy the scenery at the same time if you have kids they can swim. Only problem is you need to have a car to access the premises from the main road or take a taxi. NOTE :There are no Ubers/bolts

The place n swimming pool is good. Even the food is good - if it gets to your table. The customer service from the waiters is beyond horrible, atleast from the experience I had. I waited for almost 3hrs for my order.

A very nice serene place in Rongai. The ambience is nice and its a place to relax. The team is also friendly. They have various options for dining, either inside or outdoors, and the natural outdoors are a better option.

Tell me why in a week, the swimming price increases with 100% is that even ethical in a business? To add on, it is so far interior that you'll still have to spend since you came so far to just come out having done nothing...being charged 500 from 250 in a week for swimming is crazy. I'm never going there again! Let's not even talk about the slow services You cannot even get a taxi from the location

Place has great ambience. However, we enjoyed our food at the restaurant so I decided to order some more food for take away, they packed the food in about 4 foil packs. On getting home, I open and see 3 out of 4 of the packs were just ugali. And the meat was 2 sausages, a chicken wing, and a few pieces of lamb that looked it was left over food. Very disappointed with the dishonesty in that take away service.

It was a delightful experience overall. The breathtaking views and tranquil garden created a serene atmosphere. The food was delicious with generous portions. However, the cocktails were a bit disappointing as they seemed diluted. Additionally, the service was a bit slow, requiring patience to get the attention of the staff. Despite these minor drawbacks, the lodge's charm and amenities make it a worthwhile.

I loved this place its soo cool and green. Serene and relaxing away from the city. Its a great drive there and the swimming pool is just great

A great place to be at, from the green gesture, to the food and the rooms just breath taking. I will keep coming because it is a serene environment, and I absolutely love enjoying my own peace which is well provided for. Not forgetting the site of the National Park, and guys you can see the animals,, at no cost,, hehehe.. Thank you Olsupat for hosting us! We keep travelling and nothing beats your hospitality.

Amazing food! The quality was top notch. Excellent views of the Nairobi National Park. Great swimming pool for day guests, especially families. With fountains. Spacious serene garden area.

I truly enjoyed my stay at olsupat Lodge, good and conducive environment, reception, food, room were classic and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it for anyone who is mindful about quality.

An out of town experience. Serenity, cool chill spot with the game view, Very tasty food which takes less than 30 mins, the chill bar is cool. They are building a state of the art elevated swimming pool. Very professional waiters please maintain. Music is not loud I guess because of the neighbors. I give it a 5/5.

Olsupat lodge two word for you, loved it! From the reception to the services,serene ambience....can't wait to go again. Would highly recommend....10/10 amazing!

Quaint little lodge with a quaint little garden that would have a quaint little stream flowing, save for the drought! Perfect for viewing the Nairobi National Park. Seen some buffaloes, antelopes, and zebras a couple of times from the rooftop restaurant and porch. The usual food of nyama and accompaniments, limited variety of food and drinks- they can do better on this front. Attentive staff when you do get their attention. Ooh, they now have a gorgeous swimming pool at the rear garden. Bliss!

Set in a serene location facing the Nairobi National Park with occasional sightings of wild animals just 50 metres across a small valley. Herds of gazelles, giraffes and buffaloes can be clearly seen from time to time. Being very near the national park, there's a high chance of meeting lions face to face around the vicinity of the establishment (see attached video). Food is great. Beef, chicken etc comes sizzling from the kitchen with accompaniments of your choice. Enjoy your drinks in the evening on the beautiful bar verandah. Swimming pool is almost complete. The building housing the rooms is iconic. Ample parking and security is in place.

The place is located away from the main road which is perfect if looking for serenity. It has great views of Nairobi National Park. They have a kid's playground though no big but sufficient. Thr service is great but the food lacks that sparkle.

The place is amazing. The service is remarkable and the view is something to look forward to. A perfect holiday place. The rooms are clean and the staff are very pleasant. The food is just wow. A wonderful experience from there at best.❤️

Olsupat Lodge is located in deeper parts of Rongai. Far away from town with murram road access. This is probably one of the most perfect gateway to get out of the busy noisy town life. It is ideal for families and couples looking for a place that is quiet and peaceful. Olsupat offer a wonderful view of Nairobi national park and on a good day you may be lucky to spot wild animals such as elephants and giraffe. The view of the river from the lodge is just a perfect place to wake at or spend an evening while draining your best drink. The place has a number of fun kids activities that will ensure your children do not get bored while visiting the place. The road access is however poor and best Accessed with private means or four wheeler.

Rather boutique hotel right by the National National park, and is about 40 mins from Nairobi CBD. Such spectacular views from the rooftop. Was lucky to see some rhinos and ostriches on the day we stayed there. Jeremiah was a great treat too and made the service exceptional. Would recommend booking in advance.
