I visited the spa at Hermosa, so the review is only for the spa. My partner and I went for the hot stone massage in the "couples" room. Out of the 90 minutes, hot stones were used no more than 10 minutes. I even asked the masseuse to use them more and she still didn't. The "essential oils" used were unbranded unscented oil that reminded me of vegetable oil. I complained to the manager that the massage was not as advertised, and the manager implied I was lying. There are so many other spas in nairobi that are more reasonably priced, recently refurbished and better massages - I would reccomend giving this spot a miss.

We had our Christmas lunch here with family. The food was perfect, with lots of choices from grilled meat to curries, turkey etc. The hotel is beautiful and had the cleanest toilets I have seen in a while. However, the greatest asset to this hotel is its staff, they were all amazing, made us feel so special. Must mention I think Charles - the manager who was walking around making sure all guests were having a great time and Stephen who attended to our table - he was simply amazing. Visit this hotel and you will be pleased you did.

The location is amazing for the lovers of calmness and tranquility, the vibe I greatly love. A hidden gem in Karen. Their services and staff are top notch and very friendly. The garden area is great for working outdoors and relaxation plus their conference facility is of great standard. I loved the business experience and would definitely love to have a personal experience soon.

We had a great time in this place. The architecture did a splendid job. The place is clean, lots of silence as you enjoy the scenery.

+ Quiet peaceful location + well maintained and clean + rooms are quite spacious + caring staff + wonderful Ala Carte breakfast, chef took great care to prepare fresh vegetarian breakfast ( usually it has buffet if the hotel is busy) Only con I would say that this hotel is little bit far from city center and places of interest.

Friendly staff. Exceptional service, especially the IT support. Really enjoyed my stay and hope to be back soon. My only suggestion is welcome fruit bowl in the room. With gratitude
