We were asked to hand back the menu when we took 5 minutes to look through it by Clare, who was waiting on our table. Horrible experience and service. Good news is that we just walked over to Artcaffe where we had an amazing breakfast and enjoyed great service. Such a shame because I actually like Java.

I bought a slice of chocolate cake on Tuesday 21st, take out. As I was eating felt something hard in my mouth. On checking out.. it was a piece of nail... Am grossed out.

Java Breakfast....No Bacon, no anything so u get two extra sausages by force.

Coffee is superb however the chocolate croissant was not fresh and it just didn't taste amazing.

Every time I come to Kenya I must visit Java! If you're from the states think of it as a mix between Starbucks and Red Robin (only the food is significantly better). My go-to order is the guacamole bacon burger, spicy fries and a 16oz mocha. They used to sell merchandise, but on our last visit they mentioned they no longer do. You can, however, buy Java coffee by the pound. Their coffee is perfectly roasted and you can buy whole bean or ground. Thanks, Java, for giving me that warm fuzzy feeling!

JAVA at Galleria is always gonna be a chill spot. Grab a cup of coffee or tea, i love the hot chocolate and for small bites the chickwn samos

It's okay, but it could be better if there weren't bees flocking our table towards the tea or sugar jar, kindly check on that.

I usually love Java because of its fresh food and portions. However, today I was very very disappointed. I eat these meals regularly at the restaurant or order them. I ordered the beef burger , chicken curry eith rice, grilled chicken with fries and a fruit salad. The food isn't fresh. The grilled chicken is completely dry. It's like trying to eat firewood. The fries are not fresh. These weren't cooked today. The burger is DRY as well, hardly any veggies in it. The buns weren't toasted. The burger had an offer of buy one get one free, only one was delivered. The fruit salad isn't fresh either! The potion isnt as it usually is. Tsk!

As a stop for a light snack it was good. We ordered several coffee drinks and the lemon tea while sharing the largest samosa I've ever seen. Everything proved flavorful, but the service seemed a bit confused. Thankfully our order was simple. We enjoyed the outdoor seating, but the wify was not reliable.

First time in years visiting a Java House, and first to this location. The service was really nice and the drink and food was what I expectes. Excellent wifi and electrical outlets for customers seated inside. Wish there was outlets outside as the inside heating was a bit warm for this American, but not unbearable. If coffee is the only thing one gets here, go for the Malindi Macchiato. It's a delicious espresso drink with spices like cardamom, cinnamon, ginger...

Swahili coconut fish curry rice salsa-well done 10/10 Chocolate fudge cake-too sweet; was unable to taste the ingredients Gourmet shake tropical mix-well balanced ingredients 10/10 Ceasar salad with grilled chicken-6/10 could be better xxxxxxxxxxxxx Salted caramel shake-no personality (ingredients are lost in the sugar) Special chicken curry, chapo-this was well prepared 10/10 Special cake-this is the only cake i have had so far that was well done 10/10 (pastry chef did a good job in keeping the sugar moderate)

The worst service ever, been waiting for 40 minutes and nobody came to take my order, went with a group of friends and I felt terrible since I recommended it for good coffee, I had to go to the counter and place the order and that too came after a good 1 hour. Also the restaurant wasn’t crowded that day. This was the third time I went through this. I definitely do not recommend anyone to this Java.

I liked it. The waitresses were very helpful and fast. I enjoyed my peppersteak immensely. It was well cooked and the sauces were delicious. I could have done with a larger helping of chips. The Mall is conveniently accessible from Karen, Langata and Rongai. There is a reliable Carrefour Supermarket iin the building. The Java prices were reasonable and we had a good time there. The food and drink selection was varied and appetising. I missed my usual cheeseburger with bacon and mushroom on top. It wasn't on the menu. Otherwise, it was good.

The service was slow, but I did receive great attention from my server (I think her name was Cindy). The food was fresh and coffee as expected. I appreciated the indoor seating and felt there plenty of nooks to choose from. One thing did surprise me though. I ordered the mocha to take advantage of the birthday offer but I was charged the full price. Seems this outlet is not participating? Or the staff may not be aware

Service has always been surprisingly good and the food decent. Open toast is pretty good. The branch observes Covid protocol with seating, washing hands and temperature checking.

Someone tip the security guard for me.. 😂 😂 😂.. He's super friendly and goes the extra mile.. Sanitize my seat, plug in the charger.. I disnt have cash on me..The staff were alot more friendly than in CBD... I loved the mint pineade
