DO NOT STAY!! The hotel staff robbed us, it was a nightmare!! Not a safe hotel, "security" is on the bottom floor and not always present, room keys are open in the lobby where anyone can grab them without notice, and staff go through your stuff each day as they "clean" your room. Breakfast was good, but thats about it, pay a little bit more and stay elsewhere.

It's a cool place tho not easy to locate. Services are nearly perfect. Loved it!!

Whenever I visit Nairobi I make a point to stay at Eron Hotel but it seems there is laxity in there services, today I had a early morning flight to catch and specifically went previous night and requested at the reception that I need breakfast by 7am, I was rest assured but in the morning upto 7.30 no sight, I went to the reception for check out and luckily got the same receptionist, and the only reply I get is SORRY ,hotel is not so full ,breakfast is made mandatory and funny enough it's not delivered when requested I hope such negligence is avoided in near future.

Food wasn't that good, you may want to eat out. Rooms are clean, organized and well equipped. Staff very polite and cooperative. Overall experience good, save for the food!

stay away from this hotel!!!. my Boyfriend got robbed of a laptop, 300 pounds, a canon camera! and no help was given from the management. he reported the matter to the police got an OB number, 2 personnel were arrested but released on the same day due to no evidence as stated!!!! VERY RISKY PLACE and UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF

Got reservation at d guest house within minutes. Taxi arranged to pick us from the airport to the hotel and checked into our rooms comfortably . An amazing reception by our host who instantly made us felt at home away from home. Very neat and excellently laid bed and fully furnished apartment with fridge and mini kitchen with gas cooker and microwave for individual use. Tight schedules so relied on host provision of meal when needed. Escort to show as around town was provided by host. In addition free wifi wireless strong signal connection. Eron hotel in Nairobi is truly home away from home. I will always lodge at Eron whenever I visit nairobi . Very affordable rate for such excellent service. ALHAJI RABIU

I'm enjoying my stay here. Cost effective is a key word for me. The price is definitely right. My room is like an efficiency. There is space to move around. Microwave, stove , toaster, fridge, sink, dishes, entertainment systems, breakfast delivered. Clean and comfortable. Extra dose of Kenyan Hospitality... the management and workers are great 4 stars don't seem fair. However as a tourist the Downtown location is crowded and there is a lot of activity in the area... people working for a living. Still it's all good. Uber of Taxify pick you right at the entrance...and the Security Guard escort you to the vehicle. This is my new destination after landing at JKIA. My wife and I have found a good place to come chill.

I stayed at Eron Hotel for 2 weeks. It was great. They provided us with the cooking gadget and clean utensils which we needed to prepare food during our stay because we weren't familiar with Kenyan food at restaurants. The hotel was also near Koja terminal and international buses. Maggie kept the place very clean and she was a caring person too. Thanks

It is no more Wrong, it is Mercy Philips apartments. They are better than starting in a hotel
