After trying three rooms, Very bad customer service. One lady doing everything and not bothered. Extremely poor quality rooms with holes and a bad stench. Bad interior, dirty beddings, TVs don't work. Food was hurriedly cooked just because the cook was in a hurry. They stole half the meat. Showers are horrible, no customer service at all so you have to deal with the massai Watchman. Restaurant full of cats and depressing no functional fridge. I really regret having gone there.

Value for money, I've always stayed here whenever I'm in Nairobi and I'm great full I've never lacked accommodation whenever I came calling however, on my next visit please allocate me the upstairs rooms where I'm able to view the park. I really like the location it's quiet and serene. See you on my next visit.

I just checked in the dirty and unpleasant hotel and immediately left the place, I was booked through makemy trip, the hotel is not safe at all. while booking online fake photos of rooms will be shown but really very very dirty rooms are.unsafe place. You will not get water for drink, rooms are broken wall and roof. Don't stay there manager is arrogant, rude. Careless

Nice place out of noisy city, fresh breeze from Nairobi national Park..affordable and clean rooms. Though space is a bit squeezed

So, I looked up places to have a perfect getaway with my fiance and this place Red Buffalo pops up so I decide to give it a try, homely feel of an ambiance upon arrival, friendly staff, quick check in, clean facility and best of all 5 star quality food, compliments to the chef. It is the True definition of value for money. It's nearness to the airport wraps up everything good about the place not forgetting good security. I'd definitely recommend it.

Had some beef dry fry. Meat was extremely hard, had like 2 bites and I was done. Brought it to the attention of the waitress.....was not bothered at all
