A cool place to visit and relax

Sizzling was really nice I enjoyed the stay there. They have a clean swimming pool with very supportive swim instructor. There is everything you will want. I will always choose Sizzling Restaurant when I am in Nakuru the new city 🏙️

You just need to be quick in service delivery and invest on heaters to warm the place its a bit cold

This is my one of my favourite spots for swimming. Their pool is well maintained, big enough. Their service is also great.

Stayed there in December 2021 with 7 other families and, basically, the rooms are really run down! Owner had promised to renovate them before our stay but he didn't and was unreachable on phone when we arrived and during our stay. The only saving grace was our chef who made excellent meals, and the pool. Wouldn't recommend it for a family stay.

I liked the place because of the clean pool and the meal offered was delicious. There was a delay in the serving of meals though. Besides, the kids swimming pool was being used by teenagers and that was not okay with me. Last but not least, I didn't see a life guard around the swimming pool. That is risky since the teenagers who were in the kids pool later joined us in the adults pool and it was apparent they didn't know to swim. That should be looked into. Thank you.

Good place but the location is so interior

Great location and setup. Pub downstairs is quite stuffy though.

Lovely place, i dont think its very popular, or maybe ive visited on unpopular days 🤷🏾‍♀️. Very affordable, food services are a bit slow, but maybe its because of the low influx of people. Overall its a go to for me. Cool ambience, very nice pool and well stocked bar 👌🏽

Poor Customer service experienced...blonde lady at the reception with dark lips appears arrogant with attitude. Does mot even great customers but wants money only. I sense the other waiters are mistreated from their facial impressions while serving customers. Charges of kes.300 to use the swimming pool is to high for Kids..considering they dont even have swimmings kits for clients. Unhappy

Extremely disappointed. We did not get what we were promised. Owner run away and would not pick calls during our stay. Rooms were really stinking. Bad stench. Very poor quality tissue. I actually did not know such a quality exists. Poor customer service from owner. Good workers/employees but owner does not care.
