Galleria Mall, is located along langata Road heading towards Rongai. The mall is very spacious has alot of eateries such as urban burger , pizza hut, planet yoghurt, mbuzi munch.. .. Great garden where you can Sit and relax, enough parking space. Definitely recommend 👌 anyone to visit the place.

Calm, clean and spacious. Its not as busy as the other common malls, The location is ideal and perfect for people living around galleria. I have better experience with weekday visits since its not thtat busy. The only problem i have is the location of the eateries, its confusing for newbies and non regular visitors

They have a very helpful waitress called Shirleen. She was so kind and helpful. Their coffee is also really nice, the medium roast D650(not sure of the name) Took it black, pretty good. Their bagels are top tier. I tried one with avocado and I got so full halfway through it. Kinda pricey but worth it.

As a tourist who wants to get africa souvenirs, go to the mall as it is way cheaper. Be careful of using the airport taxis as they would take you to places you’d spend outrageously on items because they have commission on each item you buy.

Ample parking space and because it has multiple exits and entries, there is no overcrowding. Or maybe we visited when most people were away. But I have always felt there is no overcrowding every time I have visited.

I loved it. It didn't matter that you sanitized at the entry, every shop had a guard to take your temperature and put a little sanitizer on your hands. The service was also nice and staff really friendly. Overall? It was awesome. Really worth the visit.

Good mall is one of the biggest in Nairobi and had lots of chain stores. You will get everything under one roof here. It has adequate security and large parking space. The people are friendly and nice. It was a wonderful shopping experience even though I feel the prices of goods are marked up compared to other countries I've been too. I inquired from the locals and was told most of those goods are heavily taxed by the Uhuru Kenyatta's government

Galleria was nice and cozy as always. Amole parking with friendly assistants. KFC Galleria have some mouth watering chicken coated with a sweet sauce... can't have enough of those. But for Pizza you have to exit the Mall and enter the next gas station right outside.

This is a great mall to visit and has a variety of shops within. The mall is expansive and is conveniently located for serving the areas within Karen/bomas area. On some days, you can shop for some African wear, crafts and surveniors from the Maasai Market. There are also some great restaurants to cater for all age groups. Nice mall. Security at main entrance is lax and so is second security check at main entrances. It's a one stop mall as it has eateries, banking facilities including ATMs, restaurants, supermarket and clothing plus electronics shops. Recently updated to include a Maasai market section near the entrance from Magadi Road. They might be pricier than the usual Maasai Markets in CBD that are open at the High Court Parking bay on Sundays. The bathrooms need an update. Would be ideal if they put non contact taps plus soap dispensers, in line with covid 19 developments.

You can tell the mall has been around for a while. Pretty basic. Not much in the form of high end shopping. It has a Carrefour, an okay food court...nothing else spectacular.

Galleria Mall is a cool place not only for shopping but also with good eating place's, other ships and Banks. The parking has never been a problem, safe and not crowded you have your good space as you shop around. Its a Mall worthy visiting if you have not, and you will not be disappointed.

Love galleria mall due to the fact that I can get most of the things I need in one mall. Carrefour supermarket, the banks plus Bata shop are a plus. There are beautiful restaurants like Java and Art where you can sit and enjoy a meal after doing some shopping with your family.

I liked Galleria Mall. It has several restaurants. A KFC, an Indian cuisine place, a Java Cafe, an Artcaffe. We were in search of a good restaurant...not a food court arrangement. There is a spacious Carrefour Supermarket in the building and some nice shops. It's a good central meeting point for shoppers coming from Karen, Rongai or Langata.
