Tasty food with great green ambience. Drinks are rather pricey. The staff is very polite and hospitable. Good venue for weddings and hanging out with large groups. Closes early by around 7PM.

This place is wow..great for a small nature walk and very serene. The place has also a restaurant and kids play area.

The ambience is good, the food is enough and delicious . I held my birthday party and we were satisfied. The price was also pocket friendly. Need to improve on the service, especially on washing hands and notifying when food is ready.

I went here for a birthday celebration. The place is quiet and has several sitting/set up options which was lovely. They have a food and set-up package that was very friendly. The staff communication was great and the garden is scenic. The only challenges I experienced were the toilets were very dirty and stinky. They weren't being cleaned regularly. Also, the lunch served left our guests with running stomachs. I would advise self-catering for your events or parties

Visited for a team building event. Ample parking for our big group and the space we were provided was big enough to enjoy our games and lunch thereafter.

Great experience but the prices can be exaggerated. The place is climate friendly. The gardens are lavish. The place can at times be boring because of lack of child accessories .

They have several grounds which are very good for functions and work outs. There's a group that goes to dance there twice a week. Note that dancers are charged Kshs 200 per person per day for using the grounds! There's a snack restaurant serving basic local food at affordable rates. The owner is very ignorant and will hardly greet or chat with guests to get their feedback! By evening, they usually lock up the place and go home leaving the guests on their own!

Despite booking early in advance and keeping in touch with the manager, we got there at 1 and the set up had not been done!they rushed last minute and couldn't deliver decor as discussed. I was disappointed.

Thinking of hosting a party at Lang’ata Botanical Gardens? DON’T. I was a guest at a birthday party and felt terrible for our frustrated host. The staff were lethargic and did a half-baked job of requests made. We kept asking for assistance with our setup and the staff kept vanishing. The setup was not ready by the time indicated to them and we had to delay the start of our celebration as a result. One waiter commented her colleague had laid the cutlery incorrectly. I asked she correct this but she conveniently disappeared and I had to do it myself. During our lunch, a fellow guest asked for toothpicks and the waiter pointed them to the serving table instead of bringing them. When guests finished their meal, some of the unbothered waiters had vanished and guests had to clear their own plates and place them at the serving point. The food was enjoyable and more than sufficient so I’ll give credit where it is due. Victor (& one other guy) were consistently helpful but given he’s working with an abysmal team, it wasn't enough to remove the sour taste left from our experience.
