Very defective systems, Their Doctors recommend tests after tests with their defective lab then they ask you to pay because they outsource their ct scan who doesn't accept insurance. The same blood taken to the next hospital indicates high level of bacterial infection. Something that their lab and staff could not identify. You ask them for medical report and they take you round. This is hospital is just a name.

Worst hospital at night its a ghost town . The doctors are nowhere to be seen the ones a available are just telling stories in a closed room away from patients. Pathetic.

pregnant women are not safe here. I have never delivered in this hospital, but there are countless pregnant women who have either died or been operated on without cause or consent, and they are not properly taken care of after the procedure. I know a case of a woman who was removing bandages from her vagina a week after she was operated on and discharged from the hospital. These stories are in the public...shame!!

For me every time I go there it’s an epic experience, I delivered there in 2017 and I went back there for my 2nd born this year 2021. every visit is an improvement to the services. I highly recommend the facility never disappoint👏

Is a decent hospital that offers affordable healthcare. Patients Travel from far flung areas to come to the hospital. It gets pretty full on weekdays. Best time to visit the hospital is late afternoons or at night since they open 24 hours a day. At night they only handle emergencies well, the labs are closed but the service is fast because the number of patients is low. Parking is adequate.

My first visit was on Wednesday 4th May 2023 and owh my God I was amazed by the international services rendered to my patient who is my lovely sister... I hope all hospitals in kenya would have give such services to their patients... St. Mary's starting from the security to the our staff to their professionals are all smart, intelligent, intellectual and full of humanity... May Almighty Allah s.w.t bless that hospital and its staff.... I love you all... and still I will come back on Monday and am looking forward to get the standards of professionalism and respect given to me if not more. Thanks and God bless you all

Awesome hospital for children. You will always find a pediatrician here. However, they sometimes impose extra services such as immunizations that may not be necessary or urgent. There’s a small play area for kids with a few facilities. This makes it easy for kids especially those who fear going to the doctor. If your child is sick, I highly recommend this place.

It was a nightmare. The place was full to capacity. Thanks to the rains. Children are sick, sick and getting more sick. It's like an outbreak. Anyway, I waited for an hour before seeing the doctor. I'm glad that my kid was not need immediate attention. Otherwise, the doctor was very friendly.

If there was a zero rating, that's what this hospital is worth, very disorganized, patients queue the whole day, substandard clinical management, incompetent clinicians in OPD/ER, the worst generic medications that don't work, NOBODY SEEMS TO CARE ABOUT THE IMPACT THESE HAVE ON PATIENTS - I doubt whether this is the kind of treatment Jesus would love patients to get (this being a catholic mission hospital)
