Yesterday
evening
my
champ
developed
some
attacks
,he
had
seizures
,high
temp
and
his
oxygen
levels
were
low
and
we
rushed
him
to
Aar
ngong
where
after
some
thorough
investigation
they
gave
us
a
referral
for
admission
at
The
Nairobi
Women's
Hospital
rongai
,we
were
rushed
there
by
an
ambulance
but
on
reaching
there
the
hospital
denied
to
take
my
son
in
the
name
of
they
had
not
received
any
calls
of
which
am
a
witness
Aar
had
called
them.
We
stayed
for
30
mins
in
the
ambulance
with
zero
attendance
until
when
one
of
the
docs
came
looked
at
the
kid
and
told
me
that
since
he
is
using
10%of
the
oxygen
he
seems
ok..Really
now???
She
then
told
me
that
they
can't
admit
the
kid
cz
'its
a
long
holiday'and
there
are
no
pediatrician
and
also
there
are
certain
things
they
should
look
into
😩😩
I
became
mad
and
asked
them
if
we
should
gamble
between
what
they
are
saying
or
saving
a
life?
My
question
was
what's
an
emergency???
What
degree
of
sickness
does
one
has
to
have
to
be
attended
to??
What
if
my
son
had
worsen
?
What
if?
What
if?
Are
this
hospital
all
about
money
more,
other
than
saving
life..
I
looked
at
my
kid
and
I
couldn't
bear
to
see
him
in
pain
,I
took
off
the
referral
papers
and
told
the
ambulance
driver
we
go
to
another
facility.
And
thanks
heavens
we
were
received
well
at
Luton
Hospital
l
and
my
champ
is
now
stable..
Shame
on
the
two
docs
who
handled
us
badly
and
to
The
Nairobi
Women's
Hospital
your
job
is
to
save
lives
