We had our annual meet here in one of their halls. They have a beautiful environment, very calm and serene. They provided amplifiers mikes and projector with lunch included. Their buffet was delicious and they customise the menu according to your wants. Thank you entim sidai for your services.

Second lousy experience of waiting beyond scheduled appointment. Today i waited 25minutes with the reception lady telling me they will be a few more minutes yet the spa person had not even arrived for work. Quite annoying instead of openly stating the facts as is. Their scheduling is poor

I had a full house tour at Entim and by far my favourite corner is the villa house at the entrance. The rooms and interior is mind blowing! Pop in for a luxury massage package and there's a coffee shop too for your afternoon high tea against the sunset. 5/5 for sure!!!

A very well appointed establishment, lovely grounds, but they were overwhelmed by a group of 20, at least half an hour for drinks 2 hours for food, misplaced/wrong orders. The food was good when it came, work is needed on the waiting staff and service.

we had the company end of year party here and wowww. the venue is really gorgeous. the green grass. ample space for outdoor activities. lol. depending on which space you choose, you might have to take stairs that keep winding to no end. 😅🤣 that made for great cardio. had an all-round 💯 grand time.

Luxurious outside, unprofessional and poor quality services inside. The experience started with a 20min air even though I was the i my client at the spa. Everyone was misinformed about my bookings, poor! Overall this was the worst experience I have had at a spa / salon. The manicure was so poor that my nails looked worse than before. I am not sure the guy had any training or knew what he was doing. There was no soap and he had to search for utensils etc. I refused the color to not be more upset about it. The Swedish massage was generally okay, Ambiente was nice and the eucalyptus scent nice (if you like it, I was t asked though). The therapist started off well but spent way too much time at my inner thighs that I felt very uncomfortable and even afterwards I feel disgusted. The high prices are not at all justified for the services. Not even the beautiful view could have made up for this traumatizing experience.

I liked the pool. But their changing rooms are too small and their toilets are clogged. It's not htgienically maintained. It's also not worth the many they charge you for going there.

The sanctuary is beautiful, great ambiance. Body treatments done here before were excellent. I’m however not so impressed with the facial treatment. The steps were very hurried, for example starting to extract immediately after placing the steamer near the face. It’s a general experience with spas in Nairobi though when it comes to facials. Few massage in between the steps and few obey the timing needed for each step. Also not very gentle, just average wiping n scrubbing. Was hoping that being one of the best spas nairobi they’d have a special above average way of doing the facial steps, as done in other countries. Also having only one brand of products is quite limiting even though the brand has a range for different skin types. All other services are excellent though, perfect spa for relaxing

However, our experience took a disappointing turn when the manager claimed that parents cannot play and bond with their kids. Unfortunately, the delivery of this statement was not only rude but also highly disrespectful. As a family that prioritizes Holistic wellness, meaningful connections and engagement with our children, this encounter was disheartening. We feel there is a huge, huge disconnect from Entimi Sidai Hotel's professed values of wellness, and the observed unprofessionalism and absence of emotional intelligence were particularly evident. We sincerely hope for swift improvements to ensure a more satisfying experience aligning with the values we cherish.
