This is a great location and nice place for offices.

I loved visiting the place. Always clean and security tight. People here do business till late into the night and also open up their businesses earlier due to beefed up security. Banks and other money agents are nearer that making it easy for business to receive money instantly over their mobile phones hence curbing the spreading of Covid-19 due to direct contact. Schools are also located with the place hence offering quality and affordable education. People here are also receptive owing the fact that it is a catchment zone for many tribes I.e kisii, luhya, Luo, kikuyu just to mention but a few.

An attractive and business friendly environment, Maasai Mall hosts several prosperous business/brands including banks, supermarkets, pharmacies, retail shops etc Located on the highway, the mall boosts of a good design with phenomenal views of Rongai and surrounding areas.

A very convinient place for one to do his or her own shopping and also banking and other services including eating at some of the most affordable and well serving resturants in rongai. It also has an ample parking that is well guarded and manned by well trained security personell. The mall also contains a playing facillities for the little ones.

This is a very convenient shopping mall at the heart of Rongai Town. Amazingly over 5banks onsite meaning one can do all their banking needs on site. There is also a satellite clinic on site and a supermarket. Parking is sufficient and no hustle per say, cleanliness has been well maintained with some security guards frisking before you access the mall. Generally its a one stop shop and might meet all your needs.

Its good , but i think it should find more comfortable means of gaining attention from the public other than ringing bells. Furthermore its a heavy duty for a human being to stand at a given point and ring the ball all day long.

That I found everything I wanted in one place and did so rather fast was one thing that really intrigued me. More to that people are mindful of the protocols and the measures that have been put on line with the pandemic and they are also observing. I have visited this mall several times. I used to do some shopping when we had Uchumi Supermarket. Out went Uchimu and in came Shoppies Supermarket. The Mall serves as a services centre for the people of Ongata Rongai. It has many offices ( KPLC,NSSF and many others), Banking Services and entertainment. Briefly, the Mall has everything one would need. No need to travel to the city, your needs will get sorted here. Whenever I have an issue with my electricity bill, the issue gets solved at the KPLC offices within the mall, it is basically a Town within a Town!

One of the first malls in Rongai. Has Eco Bank, Cooperative Bank and a variety of ATMs Unique Supermarket,one can get unique items. Situated on the ground floor.

Check out Unique Supermarket which replaced Chippies which had replaced Uchumi prior. Pricing is relatively friendly on some items compared to the neighboring outlets. Of course when it comes to variety, I think they will continue to diversify as time goes on and as they keep on growing if they are able to sustain their business at the premise longer than their predecessors. All in all, worth a try out. You can decide what tickles your fancy without out weighing your wallet.

This mall is situated on the busiest side of Ongata Rongai town and houses important institutions including several banks, KPLC, NHIF, NSSF and many others. The two storied building has a double lift serving all the floors.

I was visiting NCBA bank, The security personnel for the bank is very professional and gives you undivided attention in case you have some issues. He offers great services there at the front door.

The mall itself its not bad only for the matatus which they have made the mall parking like there stage so park at your own risk

Quite the shopper's mall, in the outskirts of Ongata Rongai, it's a beacon of the robustness of the town and very nice shop attendants

Maasai mall is a good Destination to do shopping.The place is open from 8 am to 11 pm.The place is well lit and crime is low.The customer service is awesome.Try to also bring along children.There is a child friendly environment.The mall is also clean and items are well labelled and categorized.The mall is also easily accessible and has a spacious parking lot.

It's a good mall, in terms of services. Even has important government offices like NHIF & NSSF. The supermarket, however, isn't quite like the 5-star supermarkets available in Rongai like Naivas and Quickmart

I don't like the place, poor customer service from unique supermarket. I just love safaricom shop

I feel like Maasai Mall is one of the dullest and most saddest Mall I have ever visited. Despite it having some of the major banks ATM machines (which are the only plus), it is lacking some umph. The Unique supermarket is as dull as the mall if not more. The safaricom shop is super slow with only one customer representative, making people make a line for hours just to be attended to. The mall needs some revamping and Life.

Formally a host for the popular Uchumi supermarkets, Masai mall is at the tips end of rongai as you approach from Nairobi town....you can find many businesses there not forgetting that if you are to use a matatu, you're well covered for the bus stop is right outside the gate.

Has best social amenities like clean rest rooms. There is ATMS and network service provider shop that is safaricom and a supermarket a bank and many other services one would need.

Comfortable with everything u might need including government offices. Clean everything including toilets. Y not 5star? Parking. It's limited in parking during lunch times or morning. (Edit) They somewhat fixed the parking issue by joining the outside parking to inside parking but doesn't stop people from blocking that joint. Improvement yes but still leads to packed parking during times stated if that joint is blocked

I was there personally and it's cool place newly built

Banks and phone shops dominate this mall...with a restaurant and hospital Dentist to top it up...very busy..The entrance has been made easy by opening a side wider to allow access easily to the main road and car park which turns into a kids play arena on weekends...with noticing castle and trampoline

It's alright but it's lost its touch since the arrival of Maiyan Mall. I think the mall needs some life once more. Maybe if it had a better supermarket who knows.

The place is never developing. Different supermarkets are constantly opening and closing there . Tye elevators need a repair because they often stop abruptly.
