A beautiful and spacious place to be. The supermarket is not crowded and you'll find most of the items you would need. There is good parking at Galleria mall hence favouring the customers who come to the supermarket for shopping in their personal cars. There is also a wheelchair entrance and parking making Carrefour Galleria accessible to everyone.

Carrefour is ok, but the Galleria Mall has incompetent managers. They support workers who steal from and deceive customers, especially COLD STONE CREAMERY GALLERIA-the boss and some employed staff are thieves...VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Great for your daily shopping needs. The food is on the first level. To access the cleaning, clothes and other electronic equipment-- you will have to use the escalator inside or you can enter from the staircase next to Mr.Price.

Large supermarket with varieties of items

The best part about the place, the you can get anything at once coz the are many shops to top up your missing items. And there are many restaurants outside the mall after a heavy shopping errands to relax.

It's located at Bomas area and has three access points, two on the Karen road and one on Magadi road. Once you drive in, you are subjected to a friendly security check and has expanse parking. The mall has two access points for entry and exit. It has multiple businesses on site; banks, supermarket, food court and clean wash rooms.

It's a nice store. You can find most of what you need. However their produce and fruit section tends to not be as fresh as it should be or as competitively priced.

Same as all other Carrefour stores. The checkout process is extremely slow compared to other competitors. However, the store is huge and well stocked.

Spacious, clean and you can find everything you need. The cashiers are fast and friendly. But you have to brave through the long lines at the tills.

Dear Carrefour Kenya, I have been waiting for my refund for not delivered online items since April 14 till date. So far three claims for no refund were raised by your customer services staff (ref.2244510,2509516, 2582628) and nothing happened beside that they say "concerned department " is reviewing it. Am I going to get my refund ever, would be good to know so I atleaststop calling you.

I feel comfortable shopping at galleria because it's cozy and offers a lot of side attractions. Carrefour has an enviable organic section on fruits and veggies. Try it out,!

Carrefour Galleria is definitely a one stop shopping place for all your household and food stuff needs literally. Also the staff are quite friendly and courteous to deal with. Carrefour Galleria is also popular with tourists, foreigners and usually attracts a trendy crowd especially on weekends. I would recommend stopping by for your shopping 🛍

Carrefour online orders is a scam. I ordered for 8 cartons of long life milk on 23rd and requested express service. The milk was delivered but instead of 7 cartons (96 packets) they delivered 8 packets. I only knew the discrepancy the following day when my team asked me to buy more milk! I complained to Carrefour four hours ago and no response until now. And i need milk. Do they want me to go their outlet and buy more? This is a scam.

Carrefour Galleria is a nice shopping place for all types of goods, special offers on most items, very good customer care from the staff. I wish they can open a branch in Ongata Rongai. My opinion. Cheers.

Polycarp your staff at Galleria Carrefour at Counter 1 today 19 March 3:15pm treated us so badly and kept us on the queue for 30min simply because one customer forgot an item. Until everyone on the queue made noise for the supervisor to come. Please train your staff

My all time shopping therapy place

Delivery service is super delayed on Saturdays. Avoid at all costs. They pack things then it sits for hours. After arriving nearly three hours late, my kids’ ice cream bars are warm liquid. Shameful. Nairobi has a million delivery drivers - this is completely unacceptable.

Shopping is okey but the staff are starting to be too unprofessional.always in the shelf Aile talking with colleagues and blocking clients to access shelves to pick items. Perhaps you can reduce the staff at one shift and also reconsider having two assistants per 3rows as one sometime cannot get assistance only to go find them very busy laughing and talking. Utilize your CCTV to see this behaviour.

Well stocked supermarket but the alcohol section you need to have someone who can guide customers properly. Enquired about Martell even explained it's a cognac but they still asked me whether it's a wine. Had to show them a photo on Google but still it was not available from that branch. But I love The mega branch. It has everything you need in a supermarket.

Offers good selection of items on a good price depending on what you're looking for. In addition, they do have promos which can save you some coins and get really good offers on items. It gets busy over weekends sometimes so recommend weekends when trying to do your large shoppings for the house.

They improved their car pass to detecting automatic You don't have to struggle to put the card in for you to go out of the mall, speaking for the short people like me

2020-01-02. Safety during the ongoing Corona Pandemic is high, no entry without face masks. The quality and quantity of products is what really caught my eye. Great for products that you might need but can't find in other Kenyan supermarkets.
