For lack of 0 stars, I rate this hospital at 1-star. My first [hopefully the last] experience was horrible. Upon entry into the system and payment of registration fees, I was kept waiting for more than 2 hours (YES, 120 minutes plus) before seeing the 'doctor'. Yet, people that came after me saw the 'doctor' before I did! Frustrated and angry, I sought to see the Hospital Administrator. Instead, the receptionist at the Hospital Administrator's office insisted that I had to have an appointment to see the Hospital Administrator! I raised my frustrations with her and she called the "person in-charge of the outpatient department" after I refused to buy the lie that the "system skipped my entry". The madam took me to the doctor and in an attempt to save face we were seen next. After the motions involved in diagnosis, the 'doctor' prescribed some medication, which was not available at the hospital's pharmacy. We were referred 'outside' to find the medicine (after about 4.5 hours at the hospital). I had come to this hospital because of the credibility that Catholic institutions and based on my excellent experiences at other Catholic-sponsored hospitals. To my dismay, I found that Fatima Mission Hospital is an insult to Our Lady of Fatima and a disgrace to the one, Holy and Apostolic Catholic Church. SERIOUS REFORMS NEEDED!!!

If you are looking for the best hospital to attend for maternity services, you just found one at Fatima Mission Hospital. I loved their maternity services. The hospital is sparkling clean, the nurses and the doctors are friendly and know what they are doing. Whenever you hit the alarm button, the nurses will quickly respond. Let me not forget about the prices. Clinic charges are affordable and the delivery charges are affordable for any Kenyan. I loved all their services from prenatal clinic service, delivery services to postnatal services.

Fatima Maternity Hospital in Ongata Rongai is a decent facility for expectant mothers seeking maternity services. During my recent visit, I found the staff to be friendly and attentive, providing a comfortable environment for patients. The hospital's clean and well-maintained facilities were commendable. However, I did notice some areas that could be improved. The waiting times were occasionally long, and the range of services offered seemed limited compared to larger maternity hospitals. Despite these shortcomings, Fatima Maternity Hospital remains a viable option for those seeking basic maternity care in Ongata Rongai.

One of the most pathetic hospital ever. No proper service, no proper answer, no value for your time. Doctor is unavailable for most of the time. Seriously doubt those who have reviewed this hospital as a good one.

Please don't visit this hospital if you are unwell especially the sad doctor at room D who hurt him? Why is he so mean? I can't ever again maybe he judged my dressing and thought I wasn't worth it! DON'T TRY THIS PLACE

Today 18th/12/2019 We have waited for the doctor (room D) at the maternity wing since 8:30 this morning... It is now a 11am and still no doctor has attended to us.... Have brought my wife and all other services are prompt... For the last 1hr we are being told the doctor is around but the line of patient's keeps getting longer and longer.. This to me is not a dedicated doctor and i can't recommend someone else there... 11:40am after waiting for more than 3 hours we were refunded the consultation fee and went to another hospital...

Hospital is okey. The toilets tho are a total mess

Amazing facilities and services.

I gave birth there Sept, but I wouldn't recommend going back there again. The nurse who stitched me forgot a certain area which made me undergo stitching again under anesthesia. One month later going to another Hospital for check-up due to the discomfort I'm told they made unnecessary cuts for the baby to come out and the stitches left were to cause health problems later. The nurse herself wasn't even sure of how the stitches were to be closed at the end.

The worse hospital they overcharged me when I took my househelp for treatment, they deliberately insisted my househelp be admitted so that they can swindle me money they didn't want to discharge her and after being admitted for one night they slapped me with a bill of 25k, I have sued them at KMPDU I wonder why people are praising this hospital it's only the maternity wing that is fair because it's donor funded the other department is a cashcow

Best hospital in ongata rongai. The maternity is clean nice doctors not expensive and the treatment is very nice. I loved it.
