I studied at Multimedia University of Kenya. It is ISO certified university and among the best in Kenya. It produces the best media personnel me being one of them😊. The university is well built with different faculties having sufficient structures. They have a well equipped library. There are hostels and pavilion where food is sold to students at affordable prices. There are multiple shops in the university. There is an hotel within the school that is well built to suit majority of citizens because anyone can book a room. Multimedia has a club house with a well maintained swimming pool. There are swimming instructors and there is a bar in the club house. There is jacuzzi and Sauna. There are different fields for different sports activities. There is Africa 24 studio (A24) with radio and TV studios. There is an ICT museum that covers our media and technological evolution.

A good place for higher learning and having the best studying environment. A university that values nature and where by Warthogs and Baboons Co-exists with students. Some of the unique facilities of the University include: - MMU Hotel, Swimming Pool (Open to Public), The ICT Museum (one of its kind in Kenya) and much more.

I would like to bring to your attention some concerns regarding the customer service department. There is an issue with the way one of your staff members with short hair interacts with customers. While she may be respectful towards her colleagues, her behavior towards customers leaves much to be desired. I have observed a lack of empathy in her approach. She seems to have a rigid mindset, often attributing issues solely to external factors like graduation, even when the problem may originate from within the organization, such as not answering phone calls promptly. I kindly suggest providing her with additional training to enhance her customer service skills. During my recent interaction, I was inadvertently assisted by a lecturer i think who was graduating but he still spared some time to assist. It would be beneficial to establish a system for office coverage during events to ensure that customers always receive the assistance they need. I believe that constructive feedback can lead to growth and improvement, and I offer these comments with the intention of helping your team provide better service. Please consider this as an opportunity for positive development, and rest assured, there are no hard feelings on my part. The security guards were so nice and welcoming, snaps to them.

I schooled here just because the then JAB (now KUCCPS) forced me to school here. I tried to transfer to no avail! Got both good and terrible memories concerning this place.

If only customer service can be looked into...... as parents we had very horrible moment waiting for Cashier who was having his lunch. I wish the management would consider busy days like admission day and have their staff ready to serve clients willingly with fail. It's not fare for such a big institution to have such kind of an arrangement!!!

This place is beautiful! Its well organized with a homely feeling unlike many institutions. Although its situated in dry Kajiado County of Kenya, there are many natural and planted trees tha give you shade and bring in a cool breeze. Space is amole with the building blocks well spaced out, tarmached walkways and pavements. The instutuion even has a set of warthogs and monkeys residing here and being friendly Its really nice

A good institution. The swimming pool was the best thing I saw there. It is quite huge and the environment is cool. There are baboons but they seem to know how to keep distance 😅 The upcoming library is something I can't wait to enter

The school has a good organized entrance and exit with nicely marked tarmac road, it also has ample parking. Its equipped with a clubhouse for refreshment services, both physical and online classes are offered here. It has the best ICT museum and also a nature park.

Better educational facilities including science labs ,libraries computer labs and study halls . Best social activities that supports educational excellence.

I wasn't impressed by the attitude of the security guards when I first came to make an enquiry for my cousin who was scheduled to join the institution. They seem not to have information, or rather the information they have are completely inaccurate. I hope the management does something about training its employees on customer care

A campus surrounded by beautiful nature. The buildings need to be renovated though.

An interesting environment with intriguing areas of nature..albeit the administration could do better with the infrastracture. The complex library facility is almost done though..it will go a long way in improving the infrastructure.
