Serene cozy place. Has a bunch of games (board); monopoly, jenga (bricks), chess, cards and scrabble. Hosts events; poem nights, karaoke, acoustic sessions, weddings, baby showers, etc. Has a bonfire every evening so long as there are people present. Perfect for chill evenings with a group of friends. Tried out their fries and milkshakes and honestly, the shake was kinda basic. Fries were good. Could've been crunchier though. Place was a bit cramped, but they really utilized it. They don't sell alcohol yet, but that's about to change. 😏😉 Try it out, it's a neat little haven

While the food was amazing, it was the setting and ambience that I fell in love with. So much greenery, and art around, its hard to believe you are in the middle of a noisy rongai. The place is very relaxed and quiet and you can bring your laptop and work from here. Wish I had taken better pictures but I was I too lost in this beautiful space to remember.

How about a place that is large enough for an outdoor event, with live or deejay music, plenty of open spaces, nice fresh air and well maintained lawns? Well, this is your place. With a large main house surrounded by smaller ones and a lawn behind it, the place also features a modest swimming pool. The downside I had at this place is there was only one functional washroom and it was characterized with queues. Oh plus the dusty Kongoni road leading to this place.

Jungle Junction offers great amenities at a reasonable price. I came over to visit my kids who are cycling through much of Africa. They camped and I stayed in a very nice room. The common areas include a big patio and porch along with inside area with a dining table and couches and chairs. WiFi is great. Complete kitchen with a different menu every day of home cooked food at very reasonable prices. After a long day of safari, why fight more traffic when you can sit around, have a few beers or wine and relax. My room was very nice, with a queen bed, and plenty of space. The price was $55 US and included a three egg breakfast. Would recommend to all except high end travelers who want to stay in a posh place and don’t mind paying a high price. ( Bring cash, like many places, JJ doesn’t accept credit cards)

The guest house is very nice. But I can not recommend the garage. I asked them to put a luggage rack for my motorcycle and they have done the most unprofessional work!!! I am not able to open the plastic in the side of the bike to service the bike. Have to take out what they build and put new. Very disappointed from them.

We spent one week. We are cycling Africa from the north to the south. Out of the city, it is a peaceful place. We camped, the area for campers is beautiful, clean, perfect floor. 800kes pppn They also have private rooms for 5000kes the room per night, and dorms for 1600kes pppn. The facilities are just amazing. A little kitchen that worked perfectly for us. A huge and nice common area with tons of plugs, comfy couches, perfect to hang out. They also serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can help yourself with a fridge full of sodas and beer. Just need to write down what you took, and pay on sat or thu. The most amazing thing, all the people that JJ reunit here. All travelers by bike, 4x4 or motorbikes. We had an amazing time talking about countries, adventures and made perfect contacts. Totally recommended! Ah, and there is a supermarket and cafe 5min far from the place. Cannot be more convenient :)

I go there cause of Chris and his team of fantastic mechanics and engineers to fix up my motorcycle. Best service I have experienced in Kenya, period. Chris the owner will always play open card with you, knows his stuff (worked for BMW) and is always spot on in terms of repairs. They also provide accommodation and catering for travellers looking at longhaul trips through Africa. The food is amazing and homemade and the staff is simply fantastic.
