This is a supermarket thats popular on this area for its affordable commodities its convenient for many poeple as it is with the neighborhood and its also abit busy so on a busy day you might queue for a slightly longer period

Very Polite and Kind Staff. Items are well arranged and clearly priced. There is always products on promotions where you can save a lot. The location is just next to the main road which makes it very convenient. I'd highly recommend to anyone who's thinking of going for household shopping.

I have been shopping at cleanshelf Rongai since 2016 and I'd recommend it to anyone although today the worst and most weird thing happened- I was served by a very rude cashier by the name PHOEBE who was at Till No. 1 and she served me at 05:24PM. I was only concerned over my total amount that I was required to pay and the answer she gave me was very demeaning. Her attitude towards customers is very bad because the other two customers who were infront of me also experienced almost the same thing.

Cleanself supermarket is located on Magadi Road, well stocked with most of the items, prices are fair on most commodities and well groomed Staff.

They never listens to clients complain and the security luggage area is dusty you keep your their clean only to come out dirty than how you left it

It's an okay supermarket with a food deli though the food is a bit expensive for the quality and their fridge is not the best so most likely when you buy butter from this branch it will have moulding on it.

Parking is a great challenge at the premises, coupled with interfearance from the public means vehicles. The situation around the area is uncontrollable, not even the public administration is of help. However, the store is well stocked with very professional staff. To be more efficient, would be great to have tellers on all floors of the store so that customers are served faster with minimal delay.

Our first grocery store visit in Kenya. Helpful, patient with foreign visitors staff. Wide selection of all things. Check out the bakery in the back corner, good stuff. A bit cramped due to inventory overflow. Parking in back of building on second visit made for more chill visit.

It is closely located to a highly populated residential area in Ongata Rongai, thus has a great advantage of enjoying numerous customers! This supermarket has three floors, which have all kinds of foodstuffs, groceries, freshly baked bread, cakes and fresh food cooked in it. It also has a huge range of cleaning products, a very wide range of household goods, cookers, microwaves, mattresses, etc,etc, all reasonably priced. Great advantage is that they open quite early and close late at night.
