Had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I wasnt served for almost 20 mins while everyone else was being served including people who arrived after us. Furthermore, when the issue was raised with the manager, we were told that "What do you want me to do? if I fire everyone, all my other customers will suffer" which is disrespectful and a show of extremely poor customer service. Unfortunately, I didn't get an opportunity to taste the food therefore I cannot comment on the taste.

As much as the food at planet Bbq was up to par, unfortunately the hospitality by management was extremely disappointing. Discriminatory, if I may say. Last week, a day after Eid, my family and I opted for a bbq dinner. After visiting a couple places we settled for a place in parklands that had unfortunately run out of food. Planet bbq was very close by and the children were already starving so we settled for planet bbq. The manager/onwer at the front desk seemed very racist. When we ordered typical beef mishkaki and nundu, he rudely replied saying they don't offer beef when the menu had multiple beef meals. So we asked if it was just finished that day or they don't serve it at all. By now he was replying in an irritated manner as though we were wasting his time. Once we placed our order and were considering if we should get anything else, he shut the menu and said "this should be enough for you" By this time I was really put off but we stayed in order for the elders and children to get the meal they had been waiting for for so long. Management definitely needs to improve greatly on their interaction with guests. Especially guests that are not their usual clientelle. I felt strongly discriminated against for being a Muslim family. Please change your menu and note it clearly that its a no beef zone or veg only place. Rather then making clients feel like a huge bother to you. Never going back

Amazing chicken tikka and the garlic fries do not disappoint at all. I completely recommend 🙌🏽

We Tried Paneer Barbeque with Tikka, Poussin Sauce & Peri Peri Sauce. All come with chips of our choice or butter Naan. It was good overall.

The guy taking the order on the phone is quite rude ... doesn't have the patience to explain repeat .. the food is abit overpriced especially since it blend tasteless food I wouldn't mind trying out other dishes but because of the guy's attitude would not recommend this joint

Loved the Chooza,Great taste and menu but the prices are a bit steep.

Horrible experience, old man with grey hair,probably the owner, shouting disrespectfully to the staff, no consideration of guests. Food was delayed and tasted horrible!

Pathetic service! The staff are amazing, polite. Management is totally useless. Overpriced! Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The chooza and puissin was nice but the chicken Tikka was not marinated long enough. Nan could be better

Food is ok, not really bbqed , not a lot of veg optione , need the char on the meats, cant taste the smoke or charcoal grill..compare to nargis or shabana or any decent grill place , kinda let down.

Planet Bar be Cue is a breath of fresh air in the Tandoori and Indian , Pakistani, and Mugalii food. The Chooza, poussin, naans , chips and Tika we ordered was on point. Freshly prepared and arrived hot at home by delivery boda boda. all sauces were well packed. No short cuts, pleasant staff and the owner made a personal effort for the children's meals were not too spicy or too much chilly . I am going to visit them for a sit down diner at their premises and enjoy the meal straight off the grills. Please order or visit this honest and affordable restaurant . Order on line or ask for the menu on whats app and even call the restaurant personally, you will not be disappointed...

It's ok

Very calm and extremely quiet. You want to have your mels in peace this is the place.we enjoyed very much with my family. The setup is a garden feel with palm and bamboo trees all over. Very amaizing. Pocket friendly compared to most resturants around westlands and parklands. There is enough parking for your vehicle and enough space. I liked the family combo option for the food as you save big time.

Brilliant! Consistency is what we love and Planet Barbeque is exactly that. On our maiden visit we were blown away with the flavours...finally authentic Indian tikka!Plus the vegetarian meal wasn’t cross contaminated,a trait Nairobi restaurants are notorious for. The second visit was worth the drive across town,this time we tried the Poussin Chicken with masala chips & Paneer burger 🍔 with garlic poussin chips.😋😋😋 WORTH IT! In addition,the ambiance was serene and parking adequate. I’d highly recommend!
