Simply lovely! The place is quite scenic. An experience that is totally worth the hype and cost. The staff are courteous and very welcoming. Absolutely loved the hotel! Specially appreciating our server, Elvin, he was amazing. The food and drinks were delicious Service is top notch while the ambience is devine. 10/10 would highly recommend 🙂.

It was my first time there, and my experience was horrible. I'd rather book Ibis styles. 1. The shower was leaking water, and the bathroom and bathroom essentials like shower gel were half full. 2. The nights there are pretty cold. And there is no AC or heater. The blankets are very thin. So prepare to freeze. 3. The television was not working. 4. The room balcony is too small... 5. The breakfast is quite expensive, yet they mice. For two. We were given exactly 2 sachets of sugar and coffee. Also..their mandazi were not fresh 🤔and had a weird smell. 6. Expect the room service people to wake you up with noisy laughs and talks in the morning. They were straight up loud and the noise woke us up very early in the morning. Piece of advice just look for another hotel!!

The property is a gem. Unfortunately the staff have a lot of training needs across all the service departments,in terms of self express, communication and satisfaction of guest needs. Management are not up to task or performing as should be. Was here for two days,and I definitely will not be back. I hope the proprietor sees this and does a serious overhaul to management that can perform.

Warning!! I initially loved qaribu Inn. the venue is great for hosting parties up until they double booked us. After setting up, before their other clients showed up, my decorations were forcibly removed and damaged in the process. My guests were left underwhelmed and discarded over the other party and we lost our venue. There was no compensation whatsoever and the worst part is no one cared as long as they achieved their economic niche. There's a lot of detail I'm choosing to leave out but if I could type out the whole story you'd understand the extent of incompetence and disrespect I had to deal with. Host an event here at your own risk knowing as soon as they get a better offer they will throw you under the bus and ruin your business in the process.

Qaribu,from the security guard to the receptionist to the Waiters/waitresses, I mean...... I had an awesome time. Quincy, you deserve a Golden buzzer and thank you for making me want to come back and refer many more. Thinking serenity, tranquillity and some good music, this the place to be.

An event of ours was double booked, they didn't let us know in advance. You're left stranded on the d-day. In the process of accommodating the other party our items were destroyed (setup and deco)

A serene place with warm ambience and picturesque places. Their response was great when I asked to reserve and they put up a little cute set up at a secluded place just for two. With candles and flowers. Our view was their lake and famous kissing bridge that's worth a visit. Their food, drinks and cake was to die for. Oh, the cake was rum cake ☺️ upon request ofc! 10/10 recommend!!

Qaribu Inn is located in Loresho,along Waiyaki Way and 10 minutes' drive from the city centre of Nairobi. I spent 17 day in quarantine package for KSA in this hotel, but here missing a Pakistani Food only.

Yes gd in staf behaviour cleanness . But they dnt have varity in food. I spent my quraintain time there. I faced problem in food. Otherewise ok

They have an amazing place and serene environment but pathetic service, rude attendants and they ignore complains. I wasted my time with the valentine package and I highly regret having chosen them. They don’t honour what’s on their menu fully. I would never recommend anyone there again.

Complete disrespect from the management. Definitely not going back. Make an event booking on your own peril, you will be double booked and your set up compeletely taken down without warning. Do better.

Average if you ask me. The view of the dam is awesome. A few things to note though... Toilets are in bad shape,no flash buttons, they had not stocked up tissues etc... Also I wish they utilised the area facing the dam for Sunday sundowner music... Say get a country music or rhumba from midday to say 9pm or 10pm. It is very good for that rather than waiting for events only...

A nuisance for the neighborhood. They have loud parties that keep the entire neighborhood awake all night. Not only on weekends. Avoid the area if you want a good nights sleep. Useless.

Nice cosy hotel with extremely friendly staff. I had some requests with my room and they kept on changing it until I am satisfied. Breakfast is not continental which could have been better. Location is not very near from town center but all in all I think best value for money.

This place is a hidden gem it has a great scenery a lovely environment with natural ambiance. They have a lovely sort of big water pond that has ducks hehe and also a nice gazebo area, the ground is big enough to host a wedding, party or any event..they have a kissing bridge first time am seeing one of this and they have this amazing ritual that you tie ur love with a padlock and throw the key into the pond to signal an eternity of love after crossing the bridge. They have a pool table for those who would love a game of pool as you enjoy your drink, great music and also fair prices on the drinks and food. A place ad def recommend as a gateway treat to go chill,relax and unwind. Cheers.

They have a five course meal where by the main course which consisted of a glass of wine, soup, chips and chicken which wasn't so good as main meal and a fruit salad consisting of watermelon and banana

Serene place, very good wifi so even if you're working, do not be worried about connectivity problems. Nice and neat Waterfront restaurant as well. Given the coldness of the location, consider carrying wool flipflops for your feet on the tiles.

The venue was good, beautiful gardens, customisable experience. The food was delicious. The service was a little slow and disorganized but very friendly and apologized and made up for mistakes very quickly. I will definitely be going back

Beautiful place if you are traveling for quick business or if you just want to get away from home and hustle and bustle of the city, great location, beautiful relaxing area with a "dam"... Terrace and grounds for hire.

Location is serene, though Old towels that were torn, mosquitoes at night ,shower needs to be checked uneven water coming from the shower,

I loved the portions of their food. I ate the fried chicken(3pieces) with skinny fries and let me tell you I was full. The ambience is amazing. 8/10 for sure
