I would recommend this place 100%,the serenity is amazing.

Nice place for lunches and dinners. Staff is helpful and friendly. Some corners of the resort look a little neglected (kids playground and green space). Great pool for swimmers and non-swimmers.

Decided to sample their chicken wings, they were just plain and would never recommend them to anyone. I however liked the atmosphere.

Needs to have a better person managing it. Customer experience is lacking. Last minute hidden costs are NEVER a good way to go. Give a customer all the details and the cost implications so as to make informed decisions

They have a great grounds but they have poor services. We placed an order, waited for 2 hours only to be told they had sold to someone else the order we had placed. It was so disappointing. Neither was the manager or the waiter apologetic for what had happened
