If you are reading this because you are thinking of staying at Acacia Tree Lodge: DO IT! I promise you will not regret it. Acacia Tree felt like home. I miss it so much. The staff are all amazing and so nice. I feel like they are family now. The lodge is beautiful. The food awesome. I wish I didn't have to leave. I felt safe and taken care of the whole time. Milkshakes? Check. Delicious coffee? Check. An amazing gift shop on the property? Check. Outstanding service? Check. Delicious food? Check. Relaxing and safe? Check. On top of Acacia Tree just being an amazing place, all profits go towards New Hope Academy, a school in the largest slum in Kenya. You won't find a better place in Nairobi to stay. I am counting down the days until I can go back again.

The Acacia Tree Lodge in Karen, Nairobi, Kenya is by far a picture of excellence and like no other. This is my third visit to the lodge, and it still wowed me. Acacia Tree is a beautiful and peaceful place with well-manicured grounds, beautiful, comfortable, and clean rooms. Great food, and the staff are all kind and friendly. I look forward to my future stays at Acacia Tree for many years to come

The Acacia Tree Lodge was everything we could've hoped for and more during our stay in Nairobi! From the moment you arrive, the beautiful landscaping, the Kenyan decor, and the welcoming staff make the lodge an incredibly inviting place to stay. The rooms were simple, but had everything you could need and were always incredibly clean. The bed/linens were extremely comfortable and the temperature was perfect during our late June/early July stay. All the meals we ate were fantastic and the common spaces for our group to hang out were perfect. Overall, the best place to stay in Nairobi, with the most incredible staff! And the fact that they give back 100% to a local school in Kibera...you seriously couldn't ask for anything better! We can't wait to be back and stay at the Acacia Tree Lodge!

I stayed at Acacia Tree lodge recently for 6 nights . This is a beautiful resort in the Karen neighborhood of Nairobi . The staff are extremely attentive to every detail of your stay . The rooms are beautifully decorated and beds very comfortable. The cafe and chef serve delicious meals, very hearty breakfast to fuel you for your day ahead. The grounds are beautiful manicured, feels like a paradise in Africa . Completed enjoyed my stay.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Acacia Tree Lodge. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious with a nice bathroom and consistently hot shower! The food at the lodge was really good and budget friendly. Most importantly the coffee was amazing. We loved the breakfast omelet station and the homemade granola every morning. Most evenings we had dinner at the lodge on the patio just enjoying the grounds. Also we used the laundry service which was super convenient and very inexpensive. Overall, we had a wonderful experience staying here and met some great people! I can not recommend it enough!!

We stayed at Acacia Tree Lodge for 2 consecutive weeks this summer and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were always clean and well taken care of. Our beds were turned down daily and our bath towels were washed regularly. The staff became almost like family after so many days. The Lodge is in a great spot in Karen. Convenient to nice restaurants, malls, and also in a safe but private area. We are already looking forward to our return.

We have been to Kenya 3 times, and this is by far our favorite place to stay. The staff is amazing. They put such a focus on excellent customer service. The Pendeza Beads shop in Zeke's Cafe has the most beautiful handmade items, and Zeke's Cafe has the best food and drinks around.

I stayed here because it is also used to support NHI- a school. But the place was beautiful and so calming, the coffee is great and so was the food. The staff is very professional but also so friendly. It's like being taken care of by family. I can't wait to to back.

We had an amazing stay at the Acacia Tree Lodge! It was the first stop on our honeymoon and they completely spoiled us - making the room feel so special and feeding us a delicious meal upon arrival (late). The staff are so friendly and the food at Zeke's cafe is not only convenient but very tasty. Would highly recommend a stay here when in Nairobi.

It was a brief visit—less than 24 hours—but 24 hours is more than enough to create a lasting impression. From the very friendly yet professional security guards to the warmly smiling attendants, the hotel presented an awesomely manicured flowers and lawn environment that felt more like a home. The bar served the best tea ever in a naturally groomed outdoor setting. As you approach the main area, you're flanked by truly beautiful flowers on both sides of a short flight of stairs, leading you to a lovely terrace furnished with clearly handpicked exotic styles. The lighting was great, and the attendants were attentive. My thoughts? Clean, beautiful, and homey!

Love this sweet hotel. Our family of four was very comfortable, quiet, & secure. The bedding and beds were so comfy. The staff were kind & made a delicious breakfast (on a beautiful outdoor terrace) including made to order omelettes & Belgian waffles. We really loved the hot water bottles in our bed at night and the yummy cookies/tea in the lobby. The location was convenient to the sights in Karen. I would absolutely return!

Did you know that this place pays all their profits to a children's home? They are an active business charity. This is outstanding. We have in our group decided to go there as often as we can... Like: The place.is great. Nice food. Kind staff. And then this thing: supporting less fortunate people. Wow.

Wonderful place. The rooms are nice and it's peaceful in general. The people working there are very polite. You can make yourself some tea, coffee or hot cocoa any time you like. The Wi-Fi is surprisingly good if that's something you worry about. Definitely recommend going there.

Our mission team arrived for a week long stay, and I heard nothing but great things about this lodge all week long. The accommodations, food, service and staff were incredible! Whether it was the super comfortable bed or the spacious shower with great water pressure, all amenities were spot on. Special thanks to Sandy and Karen for welcoming our team and making us feel like family! See you next year.

The Acacia Tree Lodge is the best place to stay when traveling to the Nairobi area! Acacia Tree Lodge is the overall best choice when looking for places to stay in Nairobi. It’s lush, comfortable, and clean, and perfect for a solo trip or families. Zeke’s Cafe was DELICIOUS and had something for everyone. The atmosphere was so calming and made me feel so relaxed. But the best part of the lodge, in my opinion, was the staff! They were the kindest and most accommodating people I’ve encountered. I can’t recommend Acacia Tree Lodge enough!!! Counting down the days till I can go back!

What an amazing place to stay. Beautiful, modern, African feel with first class bedding and bathrooms. Nothing close to this for the money in Karen. Could easily pay twice as much for something similar. The staff is so friendly and helpful and the icing on the cake it that they give back 100% to a local school in Kenya.

The room was clean and comfortable, the furnishings were well done. The shower took a bit to figure out the hot water. Don't be fooled there is hot water, the shower knob is just deceptive. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.
