I've shopped here severally and I had the worst experience with your doorman and I think you guys could do better. After shopping, I went to collect my bag from luggage deposit and I didn't have the tag that's given to the customer, I thought I misplaced it inside the shop and they would find it, but they refused to let me go until after I searched for almost an hour and had to pay 200 to replace it. I was really harassed and paid and left and later was called that they found the tag and it turns out the doorman didn't even give it to me in the first place. I had to go back to collect my cash since they couldn't send it on M-pesa and when I got there, the guard proceeded to speak rudely to me and refused to apologise. I really hope you consider how you treat your clients and sensitise your stuff in customer service.

Still one of the best places to buy clothes if you don't mind second hand. Getting good men's shoes unfortunately is close to impossible. Other than that, I totally would recommend it. I go here to get shirts and trousers and sometimes jumpers or jackets.
