Orthopedic section - coordination poor, staff attending to their friends and those brought by other staff. Those waiting on line since earlier morning end up waiting for up to 6hrs. Please style up and treat people equally. We are all in pain and need help. We also pay our dues.

I hated their services. You wait for one doctor for more than 5 hours. Personnel attending their family and friend. The hospital is quite clean though. You just have poor coordination and a lot of time wasting on your patients. There are so many unemployed doctors please do the necessary. It's an inconvenience

The facility is very dirty for a hospital. You can smell foul smells from the wards. Poor organisation of offices and patients have to move around the hospital to their documents processed. The morgue is worse as you can see bodies from the entrance. The place looks filthy and would not recommend to leave your loved one here.

The hospital is located along kikuyu road in kikuyu, kiambu county. As the name suggests, it's a mission hospital by the Presbyterian Church of East Africa. Almost all services are offered here including eye clinic, laboratory, dental clinic, CT scan, triage etc. But I can't say it's the best of services offered here as you are bound to experience long queue as you wait to be served. This is the case with family clinic where you have to wait atleast 1hr to have your baby attended to which I think is unnecessary. The staff at family clinic are friendly though and I think it's the bureaucracy of the management that causes delayed services especially at the records and cashiers office where most of the days when I take my baby to clinic I encounter long queues. I did like the doctors and the nurses as well. There are ambulances too for the hospital though I don't know how fast they respond to emergencies. Services at the maternity ward are average. The staff here are a bit reluctant including the nurses and I did not receive value for money when my baby was delivered here. The food for the mothers is good though so thanks to the cooks. I don't know much about the general wards because I have not been there. There are mortuary services too at the hospital. The parking for cars is big enough though sometimes it gets full. There is security at the gate and if you have a car you must write down your details including car registration and I'D number.

Am so so so disappointed by kikuyu eye unit. Slowest services ever!!!!! How do nurses leave more than 100 patients waiting, while they just take their sweet time relaxing????? Its so worrying, some of us had to go back home without being attended to, even if we had paid consultation fees, waited for so many many hours. I was in the clinic at 8am, and left at 3pm. The only organised person is the guard giving out card.

Quite a good hospital especially the eyes section,They take you to various rooms for check up. Everything is well organized from the card issuance to the glasses section. the cost of spectacles should however be a bit reduced to cater for the normal mwananchi.

Wonderful DRs, wonderful nurses , wonderful security personnel kudos to those .However, the Pharmacist on duty on the night of 14th January 2021 is horrible, kept shouting at patients and served with a poor attitude.Madam ,you let the other team members down. Never the less it's a good hospital will give a four rating.

At the family health clinic co-ordination is so poor in terms of being attended to one waits for long hours before being attended to And as pregnant woman you don’t need to be kept waiting for long they should atleast try did things fast but in terms of services there nyc only that they need to check into time is key

Commendable customer service and fair rates. Costs ksh 1000 to consult a general practitioner and ksh 3000 for a gynaecologist.Be prepared for long wait times if you are to see a gynaecologist

It's a nice hospital I went there to take my friend for eyes surgery and she can see now even though we had to wait on the line for hours thanks be to God for using doctors to bring healing especially the doctors and nurses in the eye unit, who are there to listen even though they get alot of patients who at times can be impatient
