The nyama choma was terrific and the place has a nice scenery

Nice tranquil place with nice maintained gardens. They sell alcohol and you can also play pool at the restaurant

It's a lovely place but short staffed

The place is all inclusive. Perfect for families, seminars and even solo visits. Very fairly priced for both meals and accommodation. The only area that needs improvement is the service and kids zone.

Located just near the road so its easily accessible. I enjoyed their tea it was awesome. The open sitting area with the shades near the swimming pool is a plus and enjoyable.

Good getaway

The hotel is in a good location. Apart from that you will enjoy the sumptuous meals that they serve. The only downside, they missed a slight adjustment to our menu, which was a bit inconvenient. That is why they missed the 5 star in service.

Great place to park and ride a bicycle! Then sukuma your way back up the hill.

Only good thing is pool and outside sitting area. Otherwise the waiters and waitresses, not forgetting receptionist are on another level of rude and incompetence with a fake smile

It is a very good choice on the west side of Nairobi Metro Area The staff will make you feel at home, the service is excellent. We had dinner at the restaurant and it is real nice, for the breakfast was the same feeling, people that is there to confirm you have everything you need. They support you even before you arrive in case you need any information of the area.

Been there thrice now. Other than a drink didn't get anything to eat. Service is too slow, first time we ordered, food took almost 2 hours, servers are not concern with walk ins, you literally have to look for someone to attend to you. Got the menu after almost 30 minutes of requesting for it and about 2 reminders. I go there for the pool, gets crowded some times, baby pool is too small, not very good for kids.

The management really needs to beef up the quality of the changing area in the swimming pool. It's a matter of urgency.

Delicious Ethiopian cuisine !! The food platter is awesome with varied choices and tastes. Their coffee is different from the regular Asian or sub Saharan coffee. Injeria is similar to the "Appam" of South India and has great taste with healthy food.

Safe and secure! Spacious rooms with balconies. Friendly staff. But the WiFi didn’t work on my floor and neither did the TV. Dog barking woke me up before 4:30 a.m. Then the roosters. Here at breakfast, they’ve served me two courses but have not yet brought the coffee!?!? Otherwise, a lively quiet of nature sounds on a red dirt road. Hot milk in cornflakes? I noticed this in Ethiopia, too. I think I’m the only one here...
