The best place to get sporting items in Kenya. I just loved this shop because I finally got sports bra that fit me well. I’ve also bought several sport item, like my Cross Trainer equipment. It was way cheaper than some shops in Kenya were offering.

A misleading price tag made my buy something for a higher price than I thought The customer service people admitted the error but said there is no possibility of refund neither to make a credit to spend in the store but only to change it with something at same price or higher Which Is the first time I hear after 20 years of being a loyal Decathlon customer Please update your policy to the standards of the other decathlon worldwide

It is good to have alternative than the usual shops in Kenya. The shop have pretty much on sport and camping equipment. Some items in Decathlon in other countries are not available though.

Decathlon was fun with alot of games to enjoy, all sports equipment under one roof, decathlon also has a free play ground with a table tennis area and basketball court you can't be bored while in decathlon

Tara,Sammy,Joe Mfalme were Very helpful and kind people.The security guys all the way from the gate were also kind. Only one guy had bad attitude.I won't mention his name because he probably didn't have lunch.I asked for help from him in finding a bag but all he said was "Find the perfect fit for you".If I knew the right fit I would never have consulted him in the first place. The guy also caught feelings when I went to an alternative cashier to make the payment. Clearly had issues.

Whenever I think of bike accessories, I think of Decathlon. They have a wide variety of items it will be quite hard to miss whatever it is you're looking for. The accessories are both of great quality and comparatively affordable. What's more, they have a great customer service - in one of my shopping instances, I needed to exchange an item to match my bike colour, which they did instantly. Their refunding system is also very efficient and fast, a matter of a few hours. I can't recommend them enough!

Good range of products but staff are apathetic

I visited the store to purchase swimming trunks and fins. I usually shop at Decathlon stores in Melbourne, Australia and I was pleased to see the same aura and familiarity within the store at The Hub. I dealt with Mary during my visit and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during my visit. She offered suggestions regarding how to help cushion an injured knee while walking/running and I purchased a knee brace to help with my condition. She is an asset to your team and I look forward to her and the rest of the team when I visit again.

Great store with pretty much all you need sportswise and really helpful staff.....my kids love riding the bikes and scooters as we shop ...... it's pretty much the outing for them, going to shop at decathlon- hub. I have had to return several items which didn't fit and got wonderful customer service from the team, got my refund before I left the store.

This is your perfect one stop shop for all sporting gear. Whether its camping or hiking or football or basketball. You name it. Here payment is via card or mpesa they don't take cash. They close at 8pm. Nice place. They have table tenis area just at the entrance whereby it's free to play. They give you the playing bats and a ball.

Very confusing and unplesant. There are self checkouts but you have to find staff to do it for you. After you have payed you need to show everything to the security person again even though they are next to you when you pay. And remember that it is not enough that you show one receipt and take all the things out of your bag again but you have to show both of those two receipt that you received.

I walked into DECATHLON just because everyone was talking excitedly about it, I thought I'd just get in there and quench my curiosity once and for all, but I came out of there as a sports and outdoor-events enthusiasts. DECATHLON has everything you need for sports, camping, fitness etc and it also has a way of inspiring you to pick some sort of hobby. If you are thinking of picking up a sport but have no inspiration for it at the moment, GO TO DECATHLON. It's that easy, I promise you. I can boldly say this: the items there are VERY AFFORDABLE!!! Been at DECATHLON, the Hub twice now, the customer care is super, the attendants make you feel so at home like you are shopping from your own shop, the variety of goods there gave me so much satisfaction. I got two camping beds two mattresses, tow beds, a tent and a chair. the perfect and wonderful outdoor and camping goods you have there..

Good big shop with many interesting products, good customer service. If you are sports person and if you like outdoor activities then this is the only shop in Kenya to go to. Many different types of sports shoes but despite big choice I did not find the flashy beautiful ones that I was looking for

Definitely a step in the right direction for Kenya, providing greater choice at often cheaper prices than Nairobi Sports House. However, they seem to have problems with restocking. Visiting today they had sold out of nearly all the most sought after items, from footballs and hockey sticks to soft archery and tennis balls. A pain if you have crossed town to get these items on a busy day. They wouldn’t let you order either. Mask wearing protocols by staff leave a lot to be desired, but that is a common problems in many Nairobi shops

Ordered some items online at 14:08. Two hours later at 16:13, the delivery guy was at my door with the items (My house is 12 Km away)! The delivery cost was KES 500. Bonus points for eco friendliness as the delivery guy was on a bicycle. PS: They also honour their return policy, which is extremely rare in Nairobi. PPS: Delivery cost was increased to KES 1000. Still fast on a bicycle.
