    Waiting time is not acceptable. I clocked in at 9.50am ticket no.0097. 58 clients ahead. At 11.23 tkt no. 0062 being served . At this rate we will be here all day. I have raised this with the manager for more tellers. 12.50pm am still waiting 3hrs later. Now seving tkt no.89. No tellers were added even after raising the issue with the operations manager. This is in efficiency at another level. Am glad I do not have to ever come back here.
