It is such a wonderful place, for meetings, conferences, they've got you. Their food is legit, I loved their buffet those two days we were there. parking is available & is secure, swimming facilities available, clean washrooms, WiFi, live band at 1pm. I highly recommend

I still feel that Silver Springs punches below its weight in terms of potential. I haven't spent there in accommodations but if the restaurant and conference facilities are anything to go by, then it's a sleeping giant. They also need more space for parking.

Very quiet and the rooms are really neat. A LA Carte menu takes 35 minutes to get to done. Staff are very friendly. Taxi are available 24/7 at affordable rates. The security is also quite detailed. Good work Silver Springs Hotel.

Hotel room is comfortable. Traffic is a nightmare so budget 1hr extra from airport. Beds are rock hard and not comfortable. Showers are mounted at shoulder height (not sure why), so you have to bend down if you're anything over 5' tall. Wifi is free, but erratic, cutting out from time to time. Breakfast is very nice, and the packed breakfast to go is one of the better ones I've had. Staff are very friendly, but restaurant waiters are inefficient. We called one 3 times before just ordering at the desk ourselves. For what you get, the hotel is a little over-priced.

Best hotel around Nairobi hospital area

Clean and comfortable rooms, although bed is a little hard. Very friendly and helpful staff. The pool and steam room/ sauna is great. Breakfast is delicious and the bar next to the pool is lovely in the evenings. Known to have good security as well. Aircon in rooms but with work desk space but overall rooms feel a little small.

The hotel was closed when I went and they would not even give access to the parking lot. They did help me park on the street though.

Oh excellent our needs were taken care well. We have become a regular customer during our meetings. Only that kindly be assigning us somebody to be clearing the tables at intervals. Thank you

Excellent decor and spacious modern meeting rooms. Must be under new management. The food is fresh, sizzling and excites the palate any time of the day. The staff is courteous and service almost personalized. Security is top notch with CCTV surveillance.

Ample parking, the food was amazing, the venue was absolutely awesome. The room was small nicely not too large not to small. The place was comfy, the servers were prompt and stuff is so helpful all the way from the door. Lovely venue for an event

A premier hotel in Nairobi. Has been in existence for many years. Easy to find and has enough facilities whether for conference or for holiday.

State of the heart hotel. It is the most magnificent hotel you will be having in this ice cool area of Nairobi. The road is good and manageable. The hotel has a good parking lot. I haven't tasted the food yet, but I bet it is great too. One thing which is most convenient is the cool of this place. Is so simple and sweet. But still so classy and exotic. Anything you want, name it. Here is your little haven.

The spa is amazing...they have large rooms with private steam and sauna. Spa staff are great. Prices are reasonable, given the quality of service. Food at the buffet was cold when I went for lunch. the meats were dried out because the food stays uncovered too long. it was horrible. The live band at lunch was a pleasant surprise...they elevated the ambiance.

It has good conference rooms:The likes of Ostrich and I highly recommend for those who wish to held private meetings and workshops. They offer the best buffet which is well prepared. You swallow as you enjoy nice cool music from their band
