They have the best Nyama choma (Karani's butchery). We've never been disappointed. Their mutura is really good as well but sells out early. It's best to either get there before noon or get one of the butcher's numbers and ask them to reserve some for you. We usually have it with Mukimo from Wanjema lunch house. It gets quite chilly so carry something warm 😎

The muturas are the bestπŸ’―! I swear..and am a meat eater so I know! Sitting area is a bit wanting. A lounge would be great.

I don't know if it's me or it is what it is, meat in the Maasai region tastes different. At the Ngong Resort it tastes much more better than anywhere else. Can't get enough of this place.

Inexperienced staff members. Delicious nyama. Compound is in a dilapidated state. Tall grass and unattended. Mosquitoes paradise. Dont try this at night.

The nyama choma here is really good. Perfectly grilled and delicious. Ask for Hellen if you want to pair it with fries and some kachumbari.

Nyama choma may be....but ambience poor. Too many loitering malnourished dogs... No handwash stations in this covid era .. stinky washrooms. Upkeep and maintenance went out the window long time ago..!!

Great food - especially nyama Choma (roast meat), very well priced, great customer service, ample parking with a power/pressure car wash. Drinks available. Very mature cultured crowd of patrons. They allow for pre-orders.

If you are looking for a quiet atmosphere, visit the resort on weekdays. If you want a family atmosphere, buzz and camaraderie, visit on weekends. It is special because you are treated as such. It is friendly because you are regarded as a friend, neighbour and, as belonging - be you local or visiting. You will love the service, the open and wide spaces, the beauty of the Ngong hills and the serenity of the resort.
