Hotel interior was great, we received room 502, which was very spacious and equipped with adequate lightning. Great views I must say if weather permits. Clean and features equipped state of art plumbing. With 24/7 hot water geyser. Speaking about the restaurant pricing, quality and quantity its one of the best 👍 However lunch was never available during our stay.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ROOM IN THIS HOTEL. We had booked two rooms (2 couples) for 3 days in this hotel but due to the Sikkim flood we cancelled our trip as North Sikkim is closed. We cancelled our booking in the hotel well within the cancellation timelines of the hotel and requested them to refund our advance amount of Rs 6000/-. It’s been almost 45 days now since we have been requesting for the refund but the owner is not paying us. He either doesn’t pick the call or says I will refund after two days but doesn’t refund. We had dropped many emails, called the hotel like 40 times and OWNER like 50 times but still he is not paying the refund amount. So, requesting everyone not to book any room in this hotel, in case your plan is cancelled don’t expect any refund from the owner. It was booked directly, tried calling you again but no response - please call back.

Gone there to enquire about room. Location is really good. Later i stayed in a different hotel near deorali.

Very neat to MG Marg, Gangtok. Nice hill view fron hotel. Rooms & Others are well decirated Hitel fair is resinoble. Bengali Hitel in Gangtok.

What a sceneic beauty of this hotel!! I was stay many hotels from 1991. But this hotel is first time. Food are very cheap and superb cooking serving with hot. Room service fine. Kanchanjungha and paljor footbal stadium seeing from room. Interior decoration of room is superb. Lift facilities here. I will suggest if u stay here then room no101 or 102 or 103 are those best room in that hotel.

Best behaviour. The staff from reception named Babina's behaviour is best. She is sweetheart. I recommend everyone to stay is this hotel .The staff from Restaurant behavior is not good enough

Over priced hotel. Service is poor and some staff behavior is quite irritating. Management should look into the daily operation of the hotel or it will go to nuts.

Ok at the price range. Located close to mal. You will have easy access to bus, taxi and the market. But it doesn't have parking facilities. Food available though a bit costly.

We moved to this place for one night because our previous hotel booking in Upper Sichey was terrible. The staff here is very polite and professional, good breakfast buffet. The rooms were very spacious and properly cleaned with a breathtaking view of mighty Kanchenjunga from the window. The property is almost 4-5 min walk from MG road and despite its location it's a very budget friendly hotel with all the amenities of a moderately expensive hotel.

We stayed in the loft, the place was excellent, had all amenities and was very well kept. The view outside the window/balcony was spectacular.

I stayed here in June 2022. The rates of the hotel are less as compared to other hotels offering similar facilities. Staff particularly at the reception is very courteous and helpful. Infact they were waiting outside to receive us on knowing that we are coming and looking for the address. Booking can be done without pre payment. Staff of restaurant is also very cooperative. One can have a view of Kanchanjungha from the rooms. Overall good value for money.
