We have been here for a business meet. It was our 4 days stay and these 4 days was our worst experience we had ever in a any hotel. Our first day at hotel aur naal me pani nahi and this followed our rest of the days there. First they lied , that there has been a landslide , so the main pipe line that brings water to the gangtok has been cut. We enquired with other localities, they said nothing such happened. We never got to know the actual reason but we beleive , as this hotel doesn't attract lots of tourist so they don't store much water and as we were group of 9 families ,who came for this business program the consumption of water exceed there limit. This is how it all began. We all were frustrated and the owner was like i don't care. Each and every day was a struggle. They would bring tankers and we would have to wait to fresh up. This could have been ignored, as such things happen sometimes but the owner behaviour was the reason I m writting this feedback. You charge Rs4500 per night from a person which is huge, so that you can insult us. He literally rebuked saying us pathetic people and so many kind of stuff. This hotel is a waste.

Although the rooms and location are good, the service at the hotel is really pathetic. They don’t have basic toiletries like the dental kit and the staff at the restaurant is not bothered to provide you with the food on time. Terrible experience. [Edit after receiving the hotel's reply] /s Oh, I didn't know that you reuse the dental kit which in turn spread the virus. To my knowledge, a dental kit is a disposable single-use item and I don't know how it can spread the virus. Please stop making a fool out of yourself.

Rooms are good bt expensive than the value of others hotels. It gives amezing view the stadium. I don't HV much photo of this room ..bt rooms are so big with siting space with nice view ..it's my 2nd time stay to Himalayas heights

Perfect stay for any tourists, specially those who are looking for a place near MG Marge and Taxi Stand. Service is too good, specially food is awesome, I would like to come here again.

Hotel Himalayan Heights is located just infront of the Palzor Stadium. The view from the rooms are breathtaking. We stayed in 4th and 3rd floor on multi day visit. The breakfast starts later than expected like 8 or even 8.30am. The restaurant food is okay okay. You can even spot the high peaks on a clear day.

Best hotel with Kanchenjunga view and just 500 Myra away from msg Marg. Beautiful experience 😍👌🏻 Breakfast buffet and the hospitality of the staffs added flawless experience! Thank you so much 😊

Stayed for 2 nights at this Hotel. The overall ambience of the hotel (including reception, staircase, rooms, balcony etc.) is absolute bliss. We have not tried any food here as the prices are scary and also there are lot of food options available at the outside shops in Gangtok (especially at MG Marg). The only problem with this hotel is location (especially for aged people). The road is too steep which makes walking very difficult. And MG Marg is more than 1 km away from this hotel.

I think it is an old property… water is leaking everywhere…. Even in rooms … the whole carpet was wet … and condition of carpet was also poor … feels like they never cleaned them …view from the balcony is beautiful … undoubtedly

Today is my 2nd day in Gangtok....Jewel Himalayan Heights with my Family ...Amazing hotel ,its each n every staff...are very professional ,polite and friendly ..my first exeperience till now starting from reception is just amazing... Above all the view from hotel is just wow...u will be awstruck ..wont be bore if you spent whole day in your room......every room has a view... Famous Mg market just 7 minutes walk away...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THIS HOTEL... I will share more in my stays....

The Best Luxurious and Heritage Hotel in Sikkim ❤️ It has all the amenities you can dream of. All the rooms has view of Mount Kanchanjanga. And inhouse Restaurant and Bar adds cherry to the cake 😍

The food is the best and highly recommend eating here even if you dont book the hotel for a stay. The staff are super friendly and always prepared to serve. However, Had to give 3 stars to service because they seemed very low on staff... They are doing their best with what they have tho. The rooms are excellent

Good hotel and hospitality. Very beautifully located. Rooms are great. Food is bit over priced. Hotel has no personal parking. Car needs to be parked in the Palzor stadium ground which is deep downhill from here. Rest it's nice.

The hotel overlooks the beautiful landscape of gangtok. The hotel is located on a steep slope that would be a concern if you decide to take a morning stroll or a post supper walk and you have weak knees. Mg Marg is 10 mins by walk. Taxi are available nearby. Rooms were clean. Has geyser and heater.Staff was friendly and courteous. Overall great hospitality. Only issue was with food which again is based on preferences.
