    Bad service , very disappointed tonight dine in from KFC Kyalami Downs , we are 4 people ordered 1.5L coke for dine in with big family meal , at first the cashier forgot add in the bill. I have to pay again for 1.5L coke. I said please give us some cups or glasses for people share this drink. The Name staff call Moloto rude to required pay extra money for cups 😒never ever come back this terrible place in my life ,avoid this place 👋

    It’s a hit or miss with KFC. If you lucky, hot and fresh, but mostly warm. Zinger chicken needs more zing, very little zing from when they brought it out. I still can’t understand how they can sell a burned, soggy chicken to any customer. Surely they know what is expected from the customer. My last order, pics included, shows that my zinger burger with zinger sauce, had no zinger sauce and was almost cold. I collected and it was a 7 min drive home. Like I said, sometimes you get hot and fresh. Guster, the manager did offer to give me the zinger sauce the next day, because they were closing,but we didn’t think it would be needed without the burgers the next day. 🤠.

    Pictures Copyright ©️ blackjohannes. A KFC with a massive sign, situated close to Kyalami. It is supposed to be a convenient stop. At night the area is scary. It is dark in the parking lot and it doesn't feel safe. You would think driving all the way to KFC should mean that KFC has all the stock available. So it was disappointing to find yet another KFC who did not bother to make "pap", yes porridge with gravy, which you can order with a Streetwise 2 or 3. KFC is probably the most popular franchise in South Africa, but they sometimes lack the basics. This KFC is not the best one to visit and a waste of time and money.

    I went to buy food for my family at around 6h00 and waited in the parking for my order for over 1h10min after being told that it would take 20 min. When I went in to check my order, it was apparently forgotten because it didn't reflect on the order screen. Waited 10 more minutes to get it out, no apology, no serviets. There was no long que or load shedding. Zero!!

    Drive through takes very long and is disorganised. Placed the order, but had to place the order again at the collection counter. The credit card machine at the payment counter was broken. Receipt not supplied. One of the chicken pieces in the 21 piece bucket looked half eaten.

    Hot and fresh meal, served in a icy cold location made for a very, very unpleasant experience. Decided to sit down and have my meal at this branch at around 6PM on a weekday evening - aircons were set to really cold inside and almost unbearable. I know temperatures are subjective, but it was around 18 degrees outside but the inside of the store felt much colder with cold air blowing directly onto the seating areas.

    Service here is very bad, slow ,poor customer service .I stood on the que for over 15minutes and yet there was only one person in front of me . I ordered a Mojito but I got just sodawater with lemon and mint. Imagine after waiting for more than 20minutes in the que only to get something you didn't order . Service is Very poor,I wouldn't recommend this Kfc at all . Waste of time and money .

    Buying a burger and chips and sitting outside in the parking after they could not provide the burger. They send you to the parking so they do not get negative feedback from management. They will not see me again and I would suggest that people stay away.

    Zero customer service. Staff treats you as though they are doing you a favor by serving you. Told to wait for 20 minutes for our meal. Avoid this outlet if you can. Total disaster

    Staff are very rude, food is far from fresh... tried this branch a few times, either drive through or Mr D and always disappointed. Will rather drive further in future to go to a different branch.

    Pathetic service!!! Ordered on the kfc app for delivery and the order was accepted. 1 hour later, no delivery or communication from the restaurant. I had to call customer care to query what is going on, just to be told it's due to various reasons but he's not sure why. Then asks if he can give a voucher instead of a refund!! Flippin naaring beyond words.

    I was served by a lady named Phulane tonight, and she was extremly rude! I normally would not name out a person, but she has been making my friend and I uncomfortable every time we go there (well, when she is there). She has been giving us "dirty looks", and at 1st I did not notice, but when my friend pointed it out, I would catch her looking at us in a way that would make anyone not feel welcome. I would have not said anything, because she has never interacted with me 1 on 1 and I would always assume that maybe my friend and I were overthinking, but tonight I was served by her. I ordered a boxmaster meal with a buddy diet coke on the self service machine, and when receiving the order Phulane handed it to me but with a fountain drink ( a Buddy cold drink is R6 more than a fountain cold drink), so I said that I ordered a buddy, she very rudely told me that I didn't buy that, so I showed her my slip and she proceeds to say " well my system doesn't show it", so I just look at her and she gives me attitude and shoves the buddy at me and "huffs" like it was my fault that the machine didn't let their system know. And I did tell her nicely that I ordered a buddy, so I was confused with her reaction. I did infact just ignore it, because I do understand that she could be tired and it wasn't her fault if the system was telling her one thing and the mathcine another. However, my other friends said she gave them attitude too and was being rude to them as well, which is obviously not okay for service. Another point is that I wanted ice cream after my meal (always space for dessert), so I wanted to ask the staff if they had ice-cream before I payed for it on the self service machine (as I have done it before where I bought ice-cream, just to be informed after that they had no ice cream and could not compensate or refund me-different KFC though). So when I walked up to the counter, a very friendly gentleman came to help me, while in the middle of speaking to him, Phulane shouts at him to do something else, which angered me because I was in the middle of the conversation with him, and that is very poor customer service on her part. The very nice gentleman looks at me and apologises to go help where he was told to go. Now because she told him to do something else, I thought she was going to come help me instead, but no, she gives me a "look" and ignores me, I didnt want to cause a scene and shout/beg for service, so again, I ignore it and patiently waited for service. When she finally comes to help me, I ask the basic questions needed, and again, she rudely replies to tell me that there is ice cream and proceeds to walk away, so I kindly say that that I want to order from her to save some time since I'm there already (I bought a sundae which is around R24). She then proceeds to make it, when receiving the sundae, it hardly had any chocolate sauce on it and basically was filled half way in the cup. At this point I was fed up and wanted to fight, but my friend said we should just leave and that we should write a review instead. I'm extremely angered that this is the service received here, and its ONLY Phulane that is the issue, all the other stuff is friendly and helpful when we come here. I do not expect high service because its not a fine-dining or a regular sit down restaurant, but to be blatantly disrespected like that is not okay. I do not understand what I did to deserve to be treated that way, nor do I understand why friends also get treated that way by Phulane. I hope, that it was just a bad shift for her and that's why we were treated that way, but it still does not explain why we receive "dirty looks" on days where she is not even interacting with us. Um, if you came here for a food review, the food was very good and fresh. Its like every other KFC .

    Absolutely hard, dry and couldn't even chew the food properly. This is supposed to be a double crunch burger. All just crunch and NO MEAT. never again
