I actually stayed a few times at Aston Hotel in Gresik. What I like about this hotel - 1) location in the heart of Gresik. 2) connected to a mall where plenty of shops available - F&B, supermarket, etc 3) service team was courteous, friendly, polite and helpful. 4) buffet spread was good - I got to eat many traditional Indonesian food, and I love the fact that they have many jamu to choose

Rooms are clean and tidy, also the location is superb. But they have to improve on serving the guest. The reception is not telling us when the room is available, so we wait in the lobby without any information that we can rest on our room until we come by and ask the readiness from our room. Security & bell boy aren't do any help when saw us leave the hotel with many luggage and even not helping us to open the hotel door eventhough saw us pulling luggages. Overall the service must be improve and for sure will not staying in this hotel in the future

This hotel is not family friendly...I booked 2 rooms (connecting) and stayed with my wife and 3 children.. 6 years, 7 years and 8 years... for breakfast, The Hotel charged me 1 pax additional child payment at the restaurant entrance... This is the first time I Got such treatment staying at a star's hotel, 2 rooms cannot cover breakfast 2 adults 3 children under 10 years old... it's not about the penny, i just feel Annoyed and unfair for customer/Guest, For your info, Additional Breakfast price for adults IDR 125,000/pax.. Additional Breakfast Price for Children IDR 65,000/pax... I think, The price reflects that 1 adult is equal to 2 children...

It was a pleasure staying at ASTON GRESIK HOTEL & CONFERENCE CENTER, which is Connecting with The Mall. A nice hotel with excellent food and service. They offer complementary welcome drink at Lobby Hotel. Breakfast is good and Self service. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot. I will definitely stay there again. See You ASTON GRESIK

Food is average for hotel level :| There is a grand piano but not available to be played freely. Shame. The lobbies are awesome.

A comfortable resting place when I am on an official trip, clean, the employees are friendly, very petrified and around the shopping center. Recommended.
