This facility is absolutely horrible. The doctors do not care about the patients and it is clear that they do not want to be at work. My thoughts are, if being caring and helpful aren't in your people skills then DO NOT become a doctor. I have been going here for almost 10 years and in that time I have met 1 good doctor. I have nothing but issues with this place. I've had a doctor walk out of my appointment and up to her nurses station, she thought I left but I heard her talking to the nurses and laughing about my medical issue at that time. My son has ADHD and they never get him his refill in time he goes a week every month without his meds while he waits for them to call it in. They filled out directions to a medication of mine wrong and tried saying I was at fault because I messed up my medication. Just save yourself the trouble and find a place that actually wants to help you.

Very unprofessional. I have been there for years; since i can remember.And when something bad is happening IM the only one fighting to figure it out through them; thats wrong. I keep getting lied to and hung up on. They keep dropping this major ball: being a health issue that is making my life difficult and could possibly be dangerous. And i have switched between a few different practitioners and it always ends up the same. Lies/ neglect/ carelessness. This place has really gone downhill and just doesnt care about their patients. I will be switching and i strongly urge anyone else who is thinking about this place to keep looking.

Today was my second appt and after sitting in waiting room for over 40 minutes past my appt I asked receptionist if I should reschedule if my Dr is this far behind. Was told to wait 5 more minutes so I did. Finally got called back into a room 52 minutes past my schedule appointment and nurse did vitals. Was told my Dr would be right in but yet waited ANOTHER 15 minutes before finally walking out. Completely unacceptable. Over a hour and still didn't get to see my provider, meanwhile had my young child with throwing a fit. Sadly it was also 4:50 and they were locking doors for the day so there was nobody in there but it's and a few receptionist. Won't be going back. If I showed up 10 minutes late I would be refused to be seen but that's muskegon family care for you

My wife had an appointment at 8:15, appointment card said 8:15, but when she arrived they told her she was late because her appointment was actually at 8 and refused to see her. It is an emergency dental appointment that shes already been waiting a month for. and now she has to wait longer because their staff was incompetent and incapable of writing down the correct time. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Regardless that this was an error due to negligence of the staff, they still refused to see her saying she is late. While talking to the security guard, me and my wife discovered that this happens regularly. So the staff consistenly fails in the simple task of writing down times and the refuses to see the patients that they already let down once, only to let them down again. update: they dont answer the phone at 9am on a business day, my wife has aready left 3 messages because not a single staff member in this doctors office can answer a call from a patient, let alone try to fix their mistake, or even apologize for making a mistake.

Please do not come here for dental. They have lied to me on several occasions about work that did not need to be done, and then proceeded to put holes in my teeth. They administered a medication I was allergic to, didn't read the papers, and when I went back to confront them, they took it off their records that I had been there. This place is fraudulent!! They also don't answer their phones when you call.

Dr. Agana is the BEST! She’s been my three kids’ pediatrician for the past few years & I don’t think they’ve ever been more comfortable with a doctor. She’s wonderful at explaining things & takes time to answer any questions I have. I hope she sticks around for a LONG time!! Couldn’t have chosen a better doctor for them.

They keep harassing me about picking up a prescription, regardless of me not being a patient of theirs or taking any meds. I have received three voicemails today, even after letting them know that they had the wrong number

On 3/1 I went for my routine MaTS drug screen and pickup. I work 7-7 and only have lunch 12-1. I understand Brigitte takes lunch but the receptionist at booth 5 was LOUD,RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I left until 1250 and came back in to check in and even tho she wasnt the one waiting on me she still thought it was her business to yell again that Brigitte was on lunch til 1. Again I explained I understood that and just needed to be checked in as I am also on my break I asked for her name and she ignored me. Not sure how she got this position but I feel bad for anyone that encounters her

Dr. Agana saved my family. My 6 yr old son has some mental/ behavioral health issues and life was stressful and exhausting. Dr Agana listens to my concerns and has got him on proper medications that have greatly improved our quality of life, school, and relationships. I like her so much I tried to get her as my primary too but she only takes children. If you’re looking a pediatrician who is great with children, genuine, and wants to help in any way to make sure your family is healthy physically and mentally, Dr. Agana is the one. Rating 10 out of 10 ❤️

Dr. Marisha Agana, is the sweetest most understanding woman I’ve ever met. She really cares and stands up for the underdog. I can’t say enough about her, we love her and appreciate everything she’s doing for her patients!! 10/10 recommendations!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Started with me saying I have a medical issue concerning anxiety and being told to do something about it next time. Then their equipment broke with a hole drilled into my mouth and we paused for a while. No one's fault, it was fixed. Then another piece broke, or wasn't. The dentist didn't know how to use the equipment and needed a quick tutorial. Understandable, I guess. People figuring out how to use dental equipment above your open mouth with timed novocaine and a hole in a tooth is the stuff nightmares are made of. That said, I had them wrap up one of two fillings and got out of their before the poltergeists really got to work. It is spooky season, I guess.

The pediatrician at family are so incredible oh they do amazing work they are very knowledgeable about caring and Family Care I appreciate them I definitely will give them a five stars because they earned it and deserve it. Thank God for Marisha G Agana, MD, MPH

Coming to Muskegon family care was kinda iffy for me at first . But my son happened to get one of the best doctors ever . Dr.Agana is amazing she has been his doctor for about 4 years. She takes her time with him she listens . We see her in the community and she knows who we are . Makes a difference we are not just a number . She always makes sure to do all she can and always makes us feel completely comfortable.
