I like the Dr he very nice and respectful. He tries to be involved by asking his patients about themselves. The stuff always seems to have a smile on there face as well. Very happy place.

Dr. Bill Gaston and his freindly staff provide patients with high quality, comfortable care. The appointments are handled in a timely fashion and the staff and doctor are patient when answering questions. The facility is state of the art, includng an open floor plan, soothing outdoor views, and quiet background music. A lot of care has been taken to assure a pleasant experience in the hands of a highly skilled and considerate doctor. My experience here has been the absolute best In over 50 years of regular dental care.

DR WAS OUTSTANDING VERY EDUCATED ON WHAT HE WAS TELLING ME ALL ABOUT MY OPTIONS .. THREY MIGHT HAVE A SMALL OFFICE TUCKED ON APPLE AVE . BUT THEY ALL HAVE BIG HEARTS TUCKED INSIDE THEM .. I WOULD AND ALREADY HAVE RECOMMENDED PEOPLE. SO IF YOU NEED TO GO TO A DENTIST AND FEEL COMFORTABLE.. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO IN ALL HONESTY .. I received a letter from April, the business director that was so rude and unprofessional. She basically had a whole one sided argument in the letter that she sent to me. I will definitely be reporting this office to the BBB because they need to be shut down. I shared a copy of the letter but Google too it down because it was too offensive. This office will never get another dime of my money. I’ve had a credit in my account for the last five years and they refuse to give me my credit (overpayment). If I could give zero stars, I would. This office doesn’t realize that they get paid because of the patients. Their customer service is horrible. I have also heard Dr Gaston say some rude and disrespectful things to his staff as well as to his staff and patients.

I had a mini implant done about 8 years ago and now have to have an oral surgeon remove Dr. Gaston’s work. I went back after it had come loose within weeks of having it completed and he was unable to fix it without having to create and make me pay for a new crown. I’ve gotten a few opinions and all dentists from a few different offices have recommended that the implant be removed and a proper implant done. Don’t waste your money or time. Also I had left this office due to have rude he treated his office staff. Hopefully he has matured since I’ve been there.

Awesome visit! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Gaston makes everything very easy and makes sure you understand every part of the process. Highly recommend this team for all your dentistry needs!
