The pizzas were so fresh and tasty.

Never have to wait too long, it's the handiest place for bringing the girls for a quick lunch. Plenty of parking and close to the town centre. Clean and accessible for everyone.

The food is not fast I was given a little stand with a number on it and waited patiently for 10 minutes. I enquired at the counter and the cashier didn't know what I had ordered. The manager said it was being prepared but I insisted on a refund. Refund received, will not be going back for slow food. Manager said it was busy but it was only moderately busy being 245PM . I was offered the food (garlic and cheese fries with bottle of water)on the house but I did not avail as I do not want to sponsor slow service. Folks if you are waiting uneasonably long nake sure you ask for refund and go elsewhere. You will be doing the restaurant a favour because this will encourage a better service in the future. *Update Service is still as shocking as ever waited over 8 minutes doe asack box, hardly the most complicated order to prepare. Decided to time it on my phone with stopwatch. Showed lady behind counter she just curtly resposded that they were busy, refused to give her name so that I culdmake complain. Sent email to John in customer service.

Fantastic food most staff very friendly. Did not like to see a Staff member wiping tables with a cloth, proceed to the gents toilet use the urinal with cloth in hand. Did not wash his hands going straight back out and continue to wipe tables . Great Place for Food but that kind of behaviour is disgusting !!!

Usual supermacs high quality. But it's expensive. Good seating at this one and there's other options down the shop as its all part of same establishment.

Not a great visit . Order was wrong , bacon and cheeseburger with no bacon... Chips soggy and cold , Partner's chicken burger was totally smothered in burger sauce. The restaurant was immaculately clean. staff tidying up were lovely . Beginning to think it's just supermac in general wrong orders but in an immaculate setting .

It’s my first experience here and the person who took our order Cibelly made me want to come back. Her kindness and valuable advice, made our visit to PaPa Johns feel more enjoyable than what I usually experience at fast-foods restaurants, even considering often during our brief interaction she had a supervisor breathing down her neck. If she hadn’t been as graceful as she was I probably would haven’t enjoyed the experience as much. Consequently I may not have ever returned to what somewhat appeared to be an oppressive environment. I hope someone with clout praises her and simultaneously coaches that supervisor.

The girls were super as I have food intolerance .they discussed the menu with me I had a lovely g f & D/F roll toasted .with a variety of salads & meat.tomsto.soup.&. a cup.of coffee . It was 10 out of 10 .you are very lucky to have such caring staff one girl was new but you wouldn't know as the other girls were helping her along .thank you. For a great experience 🙂

Please bring back the old chicken nuggets, the new ones are disgusting. Always either overcooked and hard or under cooked and rubbery!. Shame as i use to love going here and its the only decent fast food spot in Roscommon. Really hope it gets changed back but i assume they cant do much about it.

The food was very good. Why I gave it a lower mark is that in the past if you had fish and chips to eat in it was on a plate. Now it is in a box. Also I now had to ask for tartare sauce as before it came on the tray. I wanted ketchup for the chips. 6 sachets that I tried I was unable to open.

Come here a lot and staff is very nice and I love the food, if you are wondering what to get, get a large strawberry milkshake, 4 chocolate cookies, cheese pizza and a plain beef burger meal deal

Good Service... A little bit Robotic with zero personality added but delishious chicken, got our milkshakes from The Circle K Garage part as the SuperMacs shakes are disgusting..

We stopped here for a break from Westmeath to Knock and found that this place had lovely and clean facilities. We had an ice cream which was needed for our voyage. Busy, but lots of space inside and outside

Busy yet spacious, crowded but not too crowded. Staff are friendly and food arrived bit slow yet it was hot which is the most important thing. Car park is quiet busy lack of spaces is the issue, cars driving in all directions no road markings. This review is solely based on restaurant/food experience not overall experience which would be a 3 star.

Terrible service, unhelpful staff. Got our order wrong twice, when I sat down to eat eventually, it still wasn't right but I just said nothing, wasn't worth it, food was already cold.

If it's busy and ur not local ur as well off not stop. Unless u have an abundance of time on ur hands. The Q system leaves lot to be desired

Good food, Very busy with bankholiday busstle. Circus nearby brought in more people. Enjoyable pitstop.

Place was filthy and it wasn't that busy, had to clear tables ourselves. Pizza wasn't cut properly,was thrown together, the chips were like rubber. Chicken breast sandwich was cold. Could also do with lower dryers in toilets or paper towels for kids to dry their hands as driers are to high over sinks. No toilet paper either, told a young staff member and he wasn't too bothered. Standards fairly slipping.

Waited over an hour for my meal this evening. Ended up walking out with nothing and wasted my money along with other people who were waiting for 45 minutes. Absolutely shocking. Packed full of people and have people waiting over an hour for a cheese burger and chips. Still taking orders when they can’t even complete the ones already taken. Ridiculous. Have about 20 people working there and can’t even make meals within a reasonable amount of time. Will never set foot in this supermacs again!

Food standard has dropped. Also got my burger wrong; telling me they will bring it up to the table. Never came, when out of time went to counter again and got a plain burger with no salad etc. which I didn’t order. 1 star for quality of food and 1 star for bad service. Some supervisor.

Approximately 20 minutes of a wait this is unexpectedly, it was busy however the staff should be able to handle this. I will not be repeating my next visit any time soon.

As good as Supermacs can be. Food was decent. Staff could be friendlier. Better fast food options in the town.

Food was great, if you get there too close to closing time you might struggle to get a seat if the areas have been closed off!

I honestly love this place. It's great especially considering there's no where in Roscommon town to hang out with friends. Supermacs gives you the spece to chill out with friends and just relax with free wifi too!

Always liked a supermac's hit every now and then, the service is good here and there's room to stop for the bigger trucks even when it's busy you'll squeeze in.

The Supermacs food is always consistent,,staff hygiene whilst preparing Pizza is the only fault,,,nothing drastic but just need to remember hand hygiene. Otherwise perfect.

place is super! u have the grocery, coffee shop, hot deli, carvery, supermacs, papa john, all in one place! toilets are clean and spacious.

Went over on my lunch break today met a friend we ordered 2 snack box meals no one told us upon paying there’s no chicken so after taking out num we sat waited 20 mins I approached the counter twice not one member staff stated there was no chicken no one offered an alternative I was offered vouchers what were they wanting me to do eat the vouchers my entire lunch break wasted I returned to work feeling dizzy and hungry and not a refund offered never again and I go in on my lunch breaks to the deli the manager was so clueless and not one member staff with a brain cell between them to tell us within that hour sorry we don’t have chicken !! Was charged full rate and no meal

Called in on way to hen party in carrick. Busy shop! Lots to choose from. There's batista, supermacs, pizza, subs/wraps, Deli, salad bar, off licence, and petrol/diesel. Toilets are clean. Plenty of parking and seating. Good value for money. Will call again!
