Walked into veg aisle and saw a male manager making a young employee cry in the shop floor. Very unprofessional of the manager, any staff matters should be handled off shop floor away from customers. Very awkward. It's not like he didn't know there was customers, it should be expected.

Good amount of parking and good range of food products. The men's clothing section is a bit small sized for bigger people

I was helped by an experienced, well informed sales person, who personally made arrangements so that I got the pants that I needed. Cheers to Dunnes. It reflects well on all their stores!

Dunnes is much cheaper than you might imagine, it's image is very high end but honestly you will find unbeatable prices in Dunne's for many things especially where kids clothing is concerned. Even kids toys here are reasonable prices. Good quality and reasonable prices. What more do you want.

Customer service in the check out grocery department is non existent! Disliked any grocery shopping I’ve had to do here and had to deal with the grocery staff at check out. Yet to have a positive experience. Every single Galway Dunnes store has exceptional lovely working staff pity the Roscommon staff don’t pick up a tip or two.
