No
staff
on
ticket
desk,
had
to
queue
at
the
snacks
counter
for
tickets.
Two
members
of
staff
messing
and
loudly
joking
around
together
ignoring
customers.
Only
one
member
actually
serving
tickets
and
food...the
girl
said
she
was
leaving
the
lad
to
do
the
work.
Lights
were
turned
down
from
when
the
doors
opened,
so
elderly
people
had
a
problem
seeing
where
they
were
going.
Downton
Abbey
appeals
to
mostly
the
older
generation
so
perhaps
it
would
have
been
a
good
idea
to
show
it
on
a
screen
where
there
were
seats
they
could
access
without
using
the
stairs.
It
was
not
suitable
for
wheelchairs
.
Air
con
was
on
(not
heating)
through
the
entire
movie
on
a
cold
wet
evening.
The
foyer
looked
empty
and
abandoned,
closed
up
bowling
alley
in
the
dark
to
the
right
as
you
enter,
closed
up
ticket
desk,
scruffy
and
needing
a
makeover.
No
wonder
there
was
only
10
people
in
the
theatre.
Worst
cinema
ever.
