Always an enjoyable experience. Very well laid out and plenty of leg room and reclining room on seats. Staff were friendly and very engaging especially with our children. 5/5 and well deserving of it! Kudos to the team.

The screen was spotless, seats are very comfortable. Kiosk ordering was simple and efficient though. €37 for two tickets, two medium popcorns and one drink. Toilets we clean but floor was wet, whether from recent washing or a minor flood/ overflow it's impossible to say (the place looked clean and smells fresh). Only drawback seemed to be poor soundproofing between screens, during lulls in the action you could hear bass heavy scenes playing out in a neighbouring screen. Not awfully distracting but still there. Staff were very friendly and pleasant.

Providing a great choice of films in a variety of different size theatres. The seats are comfortable although the stairway to them is quite steep. There is a children's play area and a bowling alley but neither appear to be open, shame. The local people really should make use of this facility as l fear without more custom it will struggle to stay open (just my opinion)

Went here recently to see Oppenheimer. Was plenty surprised how clean and how good the facility's where. Would highly recommend anyone looking to see a movie to go here!

The 9th of january I orderd 3 Tickets for Avatar 3D. On the way to the cinema - I got a call - they are not able to play Avatar 3D today. The Lady told me I get the money back in the next days. Now thereΒ΄re 4 weeks ago - 4 E-Mails and every time they told me the same - in the next days. 4 weeks ago and no refund (€38.20,-) 1.) Mail 15 January Just to confirm what was said on our phone call, I apologise for you not receiving your refund yet........ 2.) Mail 21 January I apologise that you haven't received your refund yet. I have sent on your email to my manager who is dealing with the refunds, as soon as he replies I will get back to you with more information as I'm unsure what is happening with it............. 3.) Mail 29 January I completely understand your frustration. I would be frustrated too. Rest assured your refund is authorised so you will get it soon.

Here is the new lobby and Screen 2 after the renevation! The restrooms are very clean! The staff are so helpful and the cinema is spotless. 10/10.

Terrible experience. Sound would get cut off multiple times during the movie. Supposed to be a 3D movie ( avatar ) which was unwatchable. Blurred and eye hurting experience, subtitles unreadable,no effects at all.

Went to see A Man Called Otto, seats were comfy, not a lot of leg room. Drink + sweets very expensive.

We visited to see Creed 3 for St Patricks Day, which we loved. Well managed cinema. Clean, hygenic, and friendly staff. There are plenty of snack options available all at reasonable prices. The viewing rooms are heated amazingly, and seating is comfortable. The refurbishment work done worked wonders. Thank you again.

Brought my kids to see Matilda at 11:50 . No screen working . We sat 40 minutes waiting for them to fix it . Saying they would fix it in a few minutes to be told at 12:30 they can’t . Kids so disappointed. Only got refund I taught they would give free tickets for another show for all our waiting. Instead we walked out very disappointed. I go there every Sunday. Very disappointed with the staff there too. Didn’t seem to care.

Terrible experience, we watched avatar 3d but 3d didn't work. All movie was blurred, double picture, totally unwatchable. It was the same with 3d glasses or without them. I'm very disappointed 😞 πŸ˜”

No staff on ticket desk, had to queue at the snacks counter for tickets. Two members of staff messing and loudly joking around together ignoring customers. Only one member actually serving tickets and food...the girl said she was leaving the lad to do the work. Lights were turned down from when the doors opened, so elderly people had a problem seeing where they were going. Downton Abbey appeals to mostly the older generation so perhaps it would have been a good idea to show it on a screen where there were seats they could access without using the stairs. It was not suitable for wheelchairs . Air con was on (not heating) through the entire movie on a cold wet evening. The foyer looked empty and abandoned, closed up bowling alley in the dark to the right as you enter, closed up ticket desk, scruffy and needing a makeover. No wonder there was only 10 people in the theatre. Worst cinema ever.

The new rocking seats are huge turn off to go here, but they due tend to have more movies here then the next closet Omniplex cinema, but the next one have Recliner seats which are way more comfortable to sit in for +2hrs at a time.

Not exactly a great experience with movie I had the lights were on screen too annoyed by that and a opening at ceiling letting more sound and light inside.... The staff are good and place is kept clean but movie experience was soo uncomfortable

Love going to the cinema in Roscommon town. New seating in screen 1 is a whole new cinema experience, recliner seating and unobscured views of the biggest screen. Well worth a visit to see your favourite movies. Staff are always friendly and helpful.
