This
evening,
after
visiting
this
bar,
it
became
very
clear
that
their
staff
is
not
properly
trained
in
customer
service.
When
the
waitress
finally
came
to
take
our
order
15
minutes
after
we
arrived.
I
specifically
requested
a
strawberry
daiquiri
with
no
alcohol.
However,
after
waiting
another
20
minutes,
I
was
brought
a
daiquiri
in
a
wine
glass
that
contained
alcohol.
I
was
absolutely
fuming
because,
in
total,
I
had
waited
nearly
an
hour
for
a
simple
daiquiri,
only
to
receive
the
wrong
drink.
I
immediately
asked
to
speak
to
the
manager.
A
woman
then
approached
me
and
said,
“I
am
the
manager."When
she
asked
what
the
issue
was,
I
explained
that
I
had
specifically
requested
no
alcohol,
yet
my
drink
contained
alcohol.
Instead
of
apologizing
or
offering
a
solution,
she
dismissively
said,
"If
you
don’t
like
it,
don’t
drink
it."
At
this
point,
I
was
beyond
frustrated.
I
expressed
how
outrageous
this
was
and
mentioned
that
if
this
had
happened
in
England,
a
proper
manager
would
simply
apologize
and
correct
the
mistake.
Her
response?
"This
isn’t
England."
Before
I
knew
it,
four
bar
staff
members
started
shouting
abuse
at
me,
telling
me
to
leave.
I
was
completely
overwhelmed
by
their
hostile
and
unprofessional
behaviour
especially
coming
from
a
so
called
manager.
As
my
friend
and
I
walked
out,
I
noticed
the
manager
whisper
something
to
the
staff,
and
suddenly,
the
entire
bar
staff
burst
into
laughter
at
our
expense.
I
was
appalled
by
their
behavior
and
left
feeling
shaken
by
the
way
I
was
treated.
This
level
of
disrespect
and
unprofessionalism
is
completely
unacceptable.
I
will
never
return
to
this
place
and
will
be
warning
my
family
and
friends
to
avoid
it
as
well.
