I got an ice-cream shake and it had pieces of plastic in there and it was really watered down...didn't enjoy it at all

WORST SERVICE EVER. Rating: 1/5 stars, only because I actually received my food. The owner herself has no understanding of what customer service means. Client satisfaction is so important because it’s what keeps people coming back, and essentially, what keeps your doors open.Personally, i’m never going back there. I ordered delivery via @qwick_delivery, and needed to clarify my bill with smoothilicious after one of the employees made a mistake on my invoice. The owner hung up on my phone call. She never called back. Also, that’s not all- yesterday, I bought a “latte” (it’s not a real latte) from Smoothilicious- it was absolutely disgusting. I called to complain and their only response was “thank you, have a goodnight”.

The quality of the food is really bad and they take way too long to serve these tasteless smoothies

I can't get based on previous reviews. I was disappointed, the refresh smoothie my cousin had was good but the pancakes were below average and so was the service. They got our order wrong even after repeating it. Overall it was a subpar experience and I would not recommend this place to a friend.

First I waited for the workers to make themselves present, then I waited too long for a smoothie...not a food..a SMOOTHIE. But the cake was nice. Won't recommend going there unless I have no choice

Delicious breakfast and lunch options available at all times. I had a great spinach and egg breakfast wrap, Island Treasure smoothie and fish spring rolls. Highly recommend this efficient and clean establishment! Wifi was also provided.

Worst place ever. First time I got there, they made me wait for so long for a smoothie that wasn't even all that. Second time, they gave me cake that tasted like stale meat. And a fork to take ice cream that was melting. Definitely do NOT recommend.

After a few attempts, I finally got to take my daughter for Boba. The service was cordial, they accept cards and NBD mobanking which is a huge plus and thr boba and food was delicious. Fours stars because social media engagement needs improvement

Smoothies are quite diluted and not taste intensive, mostly feels like powder milk with sugar. Even without many customers it took some 25 minutes to produce a smoothie. WiFi connected but didn't work. Most of the tastes we asked for couldn't be produced either. Like half of the combinations contain mango and there was no mango.

Popular with adolescents. Great place to get a smoothie and a bite to eat with friends or alone. Such a wide selection of shakes and smoothies that it usually takes me a while to make a selection. The staff are always keen to help. Perfect place to take children.

Great breakfast. Had eggs and Blueberry Pancakes. Wife had chicken and waffles. Dined in, very historic looking building. Very good price.
